The article presents the results of research work containing design and construction works of protective clothing. The physical effort was measured on cycloergonometer device as well as the assessment of physiological comfort of clothing garments made of double layer knitting materials with flame retardant and antistatic properties. The removal of moisture and steam from user skin surface takes place at a certain time of recovery phase. Analysis of the characteristics of changes of the underwear microclimate properties showed that developed technical and technological solutions ensure the biophysical properties for the protective clothing. The garments that have been assessed can be used as a personal protection goods which provides using comfort.
