Autorzy prezentują w artykule problem doboru właściwej techniki wyceny środka trwałego utraconego w wyniku katastrofy górniczej oraz procedurę przeprowadzenia takiej wyceny. W kolejnych etapach procesu wyceny prezentują problem identyfikacji wycenianego środka trwałego, problem jego oceny eksploatacyjnej z uwzględnieniem zużycia technicznego, funkcjonalnego oraz środowiskowego oraz problem kalkulacji wartości środka trwałego. W ramach przedstawianych technik wyceny wartości środka trwałego uwzględnia się techniki rynkowe, majątkowe i dochodowe, a w szczególności techniki: porównywania parami, korygowania ceny średniej i analizy statystycznej rynku oraz technikę kosztów zastąpienia, kosztów odtworzenia i metodę inwestycyjną.

The authors present in the article the problem of selection of a proper valuation technique of a fixed asset lost as a result of a mining catastrophe and the procedure of such calculation conducting. At the successive stages of the valuation process they present the problem of identification of the valuated fixed asset, the problem of its exploitation assessment with regard to its technical, functional and environmental wear and the problem of calculation of the fixed asset value. In the framework of presented techniques of valuation of a fixed asset, market, property and income techniques are taken into account, and especially the following techniques: pairs comparison, average price correction, market statistical analysis and the technique of replacement costs, reconstruction costs and investment method.
