Artykuł dotyczy analizy kosztów związanych z utrzymaniem floty transportowej w przedsiębiorstwie komunikacji miejskiej. W artykule scharakteryzowano komunikację miejską, koszty jakie występują w kontekście floty transportowej. W kolejnej części artykułu przedstawiono analizę kosztów związanych z zużyciem paliwa, użytkowaniem, obsługą. Na podstawie analizy przedstawiono zróżnicowanie tych kosztów między poszczególnymi autobusami oraz sformułowano odpowiednie wnioski.

The article concerns the costs related to maintaining the transport fleet in a public transport system. It presents the theoretical basis for urban transport, the costs that appear in the context of the transport fleet, the characteristics of the enterprise in question. The next part of the article analyzes the costs related to fuel consumption, operation, service and insurance of vehicles. The analysis shows the differentiation of these costs between individual buses and draws conclusions.

Dobrze przygotowany produkt agroturystyczny stanowi istotny komponent przy ocenie jakości świadczonych usług. Gospodarze doskonale zdają sobie z tego sprawę, czyniąc wiele kluczowych inwestycji przy uruchamianiu tejże działalności. Zaobserwowano, że możliwość skorzystania ze źródeł zewnętrznych dawała im większe możliwości w przygotowaniu ofert. Szczególną uwagę skupiono na poprawie estetyki zagrody i obejścia oraz dostosowaniu bazy noclegowej do przyjmowania gości. Niezmiernie ważnym aspektem było zdaniem ankietowanych urządzenie terenów wypoczynkowych, jako dodatkowej przestrzeni do realizacji codziennych różnorodnych potrzeb gości. Urzeczywistnienie działań odbywało się głównie w oparciu o własne oszczędności i bieżące dochody. Zainwestowano także w całą gamę innych usług, takich jak: zakup sprzętu zimowego i letniego. Kwaterodawcy przewidują też przeznaczyć w przyszłości duże kwoty pieniężne na podniesienie poziomu usługi. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza osób prowadzących działalność rolniczą i pozarolniczą oraz wyłącznie pozarolniczą. Niemniej należy tu zaakcentować, że w większości gospodarstw zasoby materialne i ich dobre wyposażenie techniczne (co było przedmiotem odrębnych badań) stały się głównym czynnikiem pozwalającym uruchomić agroturystykę. Bez ich posiadania wprowadzanie wszelkich działań innowacyjnych byłoby utrudnione. Nowe inwestycje dotyczyć będą głównie poszerzenia bazy noclegowej i przygotowania innych dóbr materialnych, związanych z obejściem gospodarskim. Należy podkreślić, że ilość zaangażowanych kwot i przewidywanych w przyszłości na rozwój agroturystyki świadczy o dobrej kondycji finansowej badanych jednostek.

The well prepared and improved agrotourist product is a significant part as far as the quality valuation of the sendce is concerned. The owners of agricultural holdings are very well aware of it and this is why they make so many key investments when the business is to be set. It has been observed, that having many source of the income and the possibility to use all these sources, have been giving the owners of agricultural holdings better options of preparing the offers. It was highlighted to make the aesthetics of the pen and the yard, and to adjust the accommodation to have guests in. What is more, it was a very important aspect to have leisure areas included in the business, as an extra place to fulfill different guests' needs. To make the business up and running it was necessary to base it on their own savings and current incomes. The investments were made also into all range of different services, such as: buying the winter and summer equipment. The owners forecast to spend big amounts of money to higher the level of the sendces provided. This concerns mostly people who run both, agricultural and non-agricultural business, and those who run only non-agricultural one. Nevertheless, it has to be stressed, that in most of the agricultural holdings the material repertory and technical equipment (that was the basics of different research), happen to be the main factor to start agrotourist business. Without having those, incorporating any innovatory services could be difficult. The new investments will be mainly about making the accommodation widen and preparing other things strongly connected to agricultural holding. To sum it up, it has to be highlighted that the amount of the money incorporated in the business and foreseen to develop the agrotourist business, shows the good quality condition of cases that have been researched. Though the investments have been expensive, after some time they are definitely being paid off, so they make the season longer, the amount of tourists bigger and the increase of incomes higher.
