Praca poświęcona jest syntezie filtru kompresyjnego posiadającego gładką charakterystykę amplitudową w paśmie przepustowym. Zbadano wpływ charakterystyki amplitudowej Haminga filtru kompresyjnego na poziom listków bocznych sygnału po kompresji. Rozpatrzono zarówno teoretyczne, jak i eksperymentalne przykładowy system kompresyjny charakteryzujący się małym współczynnikiem kompresji wynoszącym BT=37. Otrzymane wyniki eksperymentalne są porównywalne z teoretycznymi.

This paper is devoted mainly to the synthesis of the compression filter with smooth frequency response. The problem to be discussed is the influence of the Hamming function on sidelobe level of a compressed signal in case the compressor filter has got smooth frequency response. Results of calculations for low value of a BT product as well as the outcome of experimental investigations for the chosen value BT=37 are presented in this paper. As a problem of considerable interest, a numerical simulation of the pulse-compression experiment has been presented oriented towards comparing the experimental and theoretical sidelobe levels of the compressed dignal. In certain applications, however, for example, in spectral analyzers dispersive filter with a flat frequency response should be chosen.
