Problematyka konstrukcji filtrów EMI o szerokim paśmie filtracji

W artykule opisano problematykę konstruowania filtrów EMI o szerokim paśmie filtracji. Przedstawiono rodzaje zakłóceń jakie występują w urządzeniach elektronicznych. Na przykładowym schemacie przedstawiono elementy odpowiedzialne za filtracje konkretnego typu zakłócenia. Omówiono problematykę wpływu reaktancji pasożytniczych na pojawiające się rezonanse w charakterystyce filtru. Zwrócono uwagę na wpływ impedancji źródła i obciążenia na wartość tłumienia. Na przykładowym pomiarze S21 pokazano wpływ prądu stałego płynącego przez filtr na indukcyjność dławika, a w konsekwencji tłumienie filtra. Zwrócono uwagę na problem sprzęgania się elementów indukcyjnych.

The article describes the problems of constructing wideband EMI filters. The types of interferences that occur in electronic devices are presented. The exemplary diagram shows the elements responsible for the filtration of a specific type of disturbance. The problem of the influence of parasitic reactances on resonances appearing in the filter characteristics is discussed. The attention was paid to the influence of the source and load impedance on the insertion loss value. The example of S21 measurement shows the effect of DC current flowing through the filter on the inductor inductance and, consequently, filter suppression. Attention was paid to the problem of coupling of inductive elements.

W artykule zostały przedstawione wyniki badań eksperymentalnych aktywnych filtrów do tłumienia zaburzeń przewodzonych EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), gdzie źródłem tych zaburzeń jest falownik. Na wstępie omówiono ideę działania filtrów oraz parametr określający skuteczność ich działania czyli tłumienność wtrąceniową IL (insertion losses). Następnie przedstawiono struktury filtrów ze sprzężeniem zwrotnym (feedback-type), z których zostały wybrane dwie do eksperymentu. W dalszej części zostały pokazane układy pomiarowe oraz schematy ideowe wraz z widmami częstotliwościowymi uzyskanych tłumienności. Na koniec wskazano wady i zalety badanych filtrów.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of active EMI filters where the noise source is a frequency inverter. Firstly, the idea of active EMI filters is presented. Then, feedback–type filter structures are introduced, with two of them selected for further experiments. Measurement system and schematic diagram of inspected structures are presented, along with the characteristics of noise spectrum in the function of frequency. The article concludes with the summary of positive and negative properties of the subject filters.

In Introduction are introduced main problems of measurement of EMI filter and is suggested that creation of model of EMI filter is useful. In this paper is shown model of EMI filter which is based on basic circuitry of the EMI filter. Reduced equivalent circuitries for EMI filter and his creation are also shown, because these circuitries are more suitable for usage in iteration optimization loop. The spurious elements of filter are searched with optimization. Participial swarm optimization is used. Two possibilities of fitness function calculations are shown, too. Results of both approaches are compared in this paper. Using fitness function with weight coefficients gives better results and this fitness function is used for optimization of the measured characteristics.
