Przedstawiono fragmenty wyników badań procesu spawania laserowego z materiałem dodatkowym w postaci drutu dotyczące stabilności procesu spawania w zależności od dobranych parametrów geometrycznych układu: końcówka drutu - wiązka laserowa - materiał spawany. Ustalono, że stabilny proces spawania występuje przy ustawieniu oddziaływania wiązki laserowej bezpośrednio na koniec podawanego do obszaru spawania drutu oraz ustawieniu końcówki drutu bezpośrednio na powierzchni spawanego materiału. Określono sposób przechodzenia ciekłego metalu z końcówki drutu do ciekłego jeziorka metalu tworzącego się wokół kapilary.

It has been presented fragmentary results of the investigations into the laser welding process with addition of filler metal in the form of wire, concerning the welding process stability depending on selected geometrical parameters of the set: wire tip-laser beam-material subjected to welding. It has been found that the welding process runs steadily when the laser beam impacts directly on the tip of the wire fed to the welding area and the wire tip is positioned directly on the surface of the material being welded. It has been determined the manner of liquid metal transfer from the wire tip to the liquid metal pool forming around the capillary.

Przedstawiono zasady, zalety i zakres zastosowania metody spajania laserowego ze spoiwem w postaci drutu. Omówiono różne typy laserów i głowic technologicznych wykorzystywanych w tej metodzie oraz różne warianty budowy stanowisk do spawania i lutospawania ta metodą.

It has been presented principles, advantages and range of application of laser welding method with the use of filler metal in the form of wire. Various types of lasers and technological heads applied in this method and different variants of construction of welding and braze welding stations have been discussed.
