Artykuł dotyczy oceny, na podstawie obliczeń numerycznych, nośności zbiorników małych oczyszczalni ścieków wykonanych z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedstawiono interpretację zapisów normy wyrobu dotyczącej małych oczyszczalni ścieków w zakresie oceny nośności oraz autorskie komentarze i wskazówki interpretacyjne do postanowień normy, a także praktyczne porady w zakresie stosowania numerycznych metod obliczeniowych do oceny nośności zbiorników.

The paper concerns load bearing capacity assessment based on numerical calculations of plastic tanks in small wastewater treatment plants. The paper presents the interpretation of the product standard regulations with reference to the bearing capacity load assessment. The paper contains authors’ comments and guidelines on the interpretation of the standard regulations. Practical advice on the application of numerical methods to assess tanks bearing capacity load is also included.

In the article, an excerpt of conceptual and design work on the universalist transport rehabilitating system for physically disabled and elderly people has been presented. In the introduction, the author has explained the reasons of his study on the above mentioned system and has described the differences in the functional potential of various types of wheelchairs. Next part of the study presents the concept of the designed system and a part of the methodological designing of the steering-propelled system which constitutes the constructional basis for other transport-rehabilitating devices.

W artykule przedstawiono fragment prac koncepcyjnych i projektowych nad uniwersalistycznym systemem transportowo-rehabilitacyjnym dla osób niepełnosprawnych ruchowo i w starszym wieku. Na wstępie autor przedstawił motywy podjęcia prac nad tytułowym obiektem w których, opisano różnice w potencjale funkcjonalnym różnych typów wózków inwalidzkich. W dalszej części pracy przedstawiona została koncepcja projektowanego systemu oraz fragment metodologicznego projektowania układu jezdno-napędowego stanowiącego bazę konstrukcyjną dla różnych wariantów urządzeń transportowo-rehabilitacyjnych.
