A multiple interpretation scheme is an ordered sequence of morphisms. The ordered multiple interpretation of a word is obtained by concatenating the images of that word in the given order of morphisms. The arbitrary multiple interpretation of a word is the semigroup generated by the images of that word. These interpretations are naturally extended to languages. Four types of ambiguity of multiple interpretation schemata on a language are defined: o-ambiguity, internal ambiguity, weakly external ambiguity and strongly external ambiguity. We investigate the problem of deciding whether a multiple interpretation scheme is ambiguous on regular languages.

Niniejszy artykuł nawiązuje do toczącej się wśród badaczy i osób pełniących funkcje zarządcze w szkołach wyższych dyskusji na temat relacji szkół wyższych z interesariuszami zewnętrznymi. W artykule, na podstawie studiów literaturowych, obowiązujących aktów prawnych oraz badań własnych (analiza dokumentów), Autorka próbuje odpowiedzieć na pytanie czy konwent – ciało kolegialne w strukturach szkół wyższych w Polsce - może pełnić rolę tzw. organizacji pomostowej pomiędzy uczelnią a regionalnym otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym.

This article refers to the ongoing discussion among researchers and persons discharging managerial functions in the institutions of higher education on the relationship between universities and external stakeholders. The author, based on study of literature, existing legislation and own researches (analysis of documents), tries to answer the question – whether the convent – collegial body in structures of universities in Poland – can fulfill the role of, so called, bridging organization between university and the regional socio-economic environment.
