Paper presents conditionings of exploitation diagnostics strategies of devices modeling of electro energetic distribution networks example. Management processes of technical infrastructure are described in exploitation theory and product’s quality evaluation of installations, machines and devices, which concerns synthesis, analyzes and exploitation system researches, in particular problems of their utilization and technical services. There are presented reliability models of exploitation are interrelated with user’s safety and device’s quality parameters. Conditionings of existing types of exploitation strategies selection have been discussed in regard to high voltage electrical devices (transformers). As conclusion of thesis proposal of optimal selection of exploitation and diagnostic’s strategy based on reliability strategy in compliance with technical status quo based service have been elaborated.

Transportowe systemy nadzoru realizują usługę zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa podróżowania, która jest jedną z usług realizowanych przez systemy telematyki transportu. Zachowanie zdatności transportowych systemów nadzoru jest istotnym warunkiem ich poprawnej pracy. w referacie zaprezentowano metodę optymalizacji przeglądów okresowych tych systemów, która uwzględnia wybrane własności niezawodnościowe ( intensywność uszkodzeń) i eksploatacyjne ( intensywność napraw, intensywności obsługiowania eksploatacyjnego). Kryterium optymalizacyjne maksymalizuje wartość wskaźnika gotowości.

Transport supervisin systems realize the service of assuring the traveling safety,which is one of the services realized by the transport telematics systems. Preservation of the ability of the transport supervision systems is the essential condition of their correct operation. Paper presents method of optimization of the periodical survey of these systems, which takes into consideration the chosen factors of reliability ( failure rate ) and exploitation (repair rate, intensity of exploitation service). Optimization criterion is the maximization of the rate of availability.
