W artykule przedstawiono ocenę dostosowania dwóch losowo wybranych dworców kolejowych do osób o ograniczonej możliwości poruszania się. Oba te obiekty przeszły prace modernizacyjne w ciągu ostatnich lat. W celu sprawdzenia dostępności dworców kolejowych dla osób o ograniczonej możliwości poruszania się, opracowano metodę oceny, w której zastosowano autorski algorytm. Kryteria oceny sformułowano na podstawie przyjętych wytycznych. Wyniki z oceny zaprezentowano dla wybranych przez Autorów elementów infrastruktury tzn. parkingów, podjazdów, schodów ruchomych, wind, chodników ruchomych, kładek dla pieszych oraz przejść podziemnych.

The article presents the evaluation of two randomly selected railway stations in terms of adapting to people with limited mobility. Both buildings have been modernized in recent years. In assessing the accessibility of stations was used authorial algorithm. The evaluation criteria were created in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland. The article presents the selected results of the evaluation for such infrastructure elements as parking lots, ramps, escalators, elevators, moving walkways, footbridges and subways for pedestrians.

Humanlabor is one of the main factors influencing the nature, level and results of business process. Development of the company depends on the diligence and productivity of employees. Staffing processes preceding the acquisition, selection and recruitment. The onset of the employee's work is a process of adaptation. The employee, however, a new job must first be familiar with the work tasks and environments. Výsledkomeffective adaptation is an understanding of business goals, identify new employee with the company, quickly achieving the objectives of the individual and group, improving workingrelationships. Meeting the expectations of workers taken in the process of adaptation is evidence of appropriate processing andsubsequent implementation of the different steps of the adaptation process in the enterprise.
