W artykule opisano układ sterowania turbiną wiatrową o regulowanej prędkości obrotowej i stałym kącie ustawienia łopat z rozszerzonym estymatorem stanu zastosowanym do odtwarzania momentu aerodynamicznego i prędkości obrotowej turbiny. Estymacja momentu aerodynamicznego umożliwia zadawanie optymalnego momentu generatora i obliczenie efektywnej prędkości wiatru niezbędnej do ustalenia optymalnej prędkości obrotowej generatora. Pokazano wyniki badań symulacyjnych proponowanego algorytmu sterowania w środowisku Matlab.

The paper deals with control of a variable-speed fixed-pitch wind turbine with generator speed feedback and estimation of aerodynamic torque and turbine speed using the extended state estimator. Estimation of the aerodynamic torque allows to set the optimal generator torque and calculate the effective wind speed necessary to determine the optimal reference generator speed. Simulations carried out in the Matlab/Simulink environment are presented to verify the proposed algorithm.

A Hybrid Constrained State Estimator with Pseudo Injection Measurements

The proposed hybrid state estimator calculates pseudo-injections from the voltage and current phasors collected by Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs). The pseudo-injections are combined with the voltage phasors and conventional measurements as inputs for the iterative algorithm with addition of equality constraints for zero-injections. The methodology is tested on the IEEE test systems with 14, 30, 57 and 118 buses as well as on the Croatian transmission power system and compared to the classical solution that uses conventional measurements only.

Zaproponowano hybrydowy estymator stanu obliczający pseudo-injekcję z napięcia i prądu fazora. Metode przetestowano w systemie IEEE z różną liczbą szyn a także w chorwackim systemie energetycznym.
