This paper presents digital signal processor (DSP) based direct torque control scheme using space vector modulation (DTC-SVM) for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and induction motor (IM) drives. The mathematical analysis of the both motors shows that the increase of electromagnetic torque is proportional to the increase of the angle between the stator and rotor flux linkages and therefore fast torque response can be obtain by increasing the rotating speed of the stator flux linkage as fast as possible. The presented control strategy DTC-SVM is implemented in software of the DS1103 board. Experimental results well demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme for both motors.

Artykuł przedstawia uniwersalną strukturę bezpośredniego sterowania momentem i strumieniem, która może być stosowana dla silników indukcyjnych jak i dla silników synchronicznych o magnesach trwałych. Prezentowana metoda sterowania stanowi modyfikacje klasycznej metody bezpośredniego sterowania momentem i strumieniem DTC (z ang. Direct Torque Control). Miedzy innymi wykorzystuje modulator wektorowy dzięki czemu zapewnia stałą częstotliwość łączeń tranzystorów falownika, czego nie spełnia metoda klasyczna. Artykuł zawiera analizę równań matematycznych opisujących dwa typy silników, której wyniki umożliwiają stosowanie jednej metody sterowania w obu przypadkach. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych dla obu typów silników.
