Aiming at the problems of low accuracy, low efficiency and low stability of traditional methods and recent developments in advanced technology incite the industries to be in sync with modern technology. With respect to various available techniques, this paper designs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the manufacturing industry for transferring risk based on economic big-data analytics. The big-data analysis method is utilized to obtain the data source of fuzzy evaluation of the manufacturing industry to transfer risk using data as the basis of risk evaluation. Based on the risk factors, the proposed model establishes the risk index system of the manufacturing industry and uses the expert evaluation method to design the scoring method of the evaluation index system. To ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results, the manufacturing industry’s fuzzy comprehensive model is established using the entropy weight method, and the expert evaluation results are modified accordingly. The experimental results show that the highest efficiency of the proposed method is 96%, the highest accuracy of the evaluation result is 75%. The evaluation result’s stability is higher than the other existing methods, which fully verifies the effectiveness and can provide a reliable theoretical basis for enterprise risk evaluation research.

The aging of composite insulators in outdoor operation for a long time has a direct impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid. To solve this problem, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of composite insulators based on level difference maximum is proposed. To verify the feasibility of this method, insulators in Xinjiang are sampled and the index evaluation system for composite insulators is established based on electrical, mechanical, hydrophobic and other properties, combined with operational years, geographical environment and other factors; Firstly, different membership functions are established according to index types. It is more likely to determine the grade of insulator by comparing measured data with the boundary value. Then, to solve the problem that weights cannot be effectively integrated in the combination weighting, level difference maximization is proposed (during the operation of insulators, the index which has a greater influence on the performance of insulators takes a higher proportion of the weight). Finally, on the basis of fully considering the clarity and ambiguity of grade division, the grade state of insulators is obtained by using the linear weighting method. The results show that compared with the traditional method, the improved method of the membership function and level difference maximum can realize the dynamic adjustment of the index based on the degree of information change. The method can better evaluate the insulator grade. The case study shows that the model can accurately and quickly judge the state of composite insulators, which can be used as a reference for manufacturing and maintenance departments.

Indexes and factors that effect on the performance of Cartesian robot are analyzed. A comprehensive evaluation index system of Cartesian robot is constructed. Basic concepts and methods about grey theory and fuzzy mathematics theory are used to establish the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the design scheme of Cartesian robot. The decision can be more scientific by weighting different factors through entropy weight method. A design scheme case is evaluated by using the presented model, results show that the model can reflect whole performance of different design scheme.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę parametrów wpływających na pracę robota liniowego (ang. Cartesian Robot). W badaniach wykorzystano logikę rozmytą oraz teorię odcieni szarości w celu opracowania modelu w logice rozmytej, służący do ogólnej oceny projektu robota liniowego. Przy użyciu proponowanego modelu, analizie poddano przykładowy projekt robota, dzięki czemu uzyskano pełne odzwierciedlenie jego możliwości działania.
