Problemy współczesnego zarządzania obejmują zjawiska na wielu poziomach analizy. W zarządzaniu strategicznym eksplorowane są różne podejścia badawcze: od uznawanych za klasyczne, jak planowanie długookresowe, po te współcześnie intensywnie poddawane eksploracji naukowej jak: podejście zasobowe czy zdolności dynamiczne. W centrum uwagi są relacje między organizacją i otoczeniem, a sposób ich postrzegania i wyjaśniania determinuje generalizację i implikacje praktyczne. Autor podjął się próby operacjonalizacji zdolności dynamicznych przedsiębiorstw w ujęciu ewolucyjnym. Stąd rozważania dotyczą procesu budowy nowej organizacji przedsiębiorstwa, znaczenie rutyn organizacyjnych, kompetencji interpersonalnych menedżerów.

The problems of modern management include phenomena at many levels of analysis. In strategic management, various research approaches are explored: from those considered classical, such as long-term planning, to those currently intensely subjected to scientific exploration as a resource approach or dynamic capacity. The focus is on the relationship between the organization and the environment, and the way they are perceived and explained determines generalization and practical implications. The author undertook attempts to operationalize the dynamic capabilities of enterprises in an evolutionary approach. Therefore, the considerations concern the process of building a new organization of an enterprise, the importance of organizational routines, interpersonal competences of managers.

To, że jutro będzie inne niż dzisiaj, oraz i to, że jutro wzrośnie konkurencja, wzrosną wymagania odbiorców, ekologów i władz lokalnych jest powszechnie znane i akceptowane, ale to, że już dzisiaj należy zmieniać przedsiębiorstwo w inne dla innej przyszłości, nie wszyscy sobie uświadamiają, a na pewno nie wielu realizuje. Przyszłości nie kreuje się jutro, lecz przyszłość kreuje się dzisiaj, zatem o koniecznych zmianach w organizacji przedsiębiorstwa, które przekształcają to przedsiębiorstwo w inne, traktuje prezentowany artykuł.

It is commonly known and accepted that the to-morrow’s economic situation will differ from the to-day’s actuality and that to-morrow will increase the competition as well as the requirements of consumers, ecologists and local authorities. But not all people are aware of the fact that already to-day the enterprise should be transformed into another one – for another future, and surely not many people realize this transformation. The future is not created to-morrow, but the future is created to-day, thus about the necessary changes in the organization of the enterprise that transform this enterprise into another one treats the present article.
