Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of engineering systems are critical for the stable and reliable operation in various areas as mobile technology (primarily agricultural, forestry, mining and construction machinery), railways, airlines and large fleets. Thus, to achieve a satisfactory level of reliability for the life of a machine, proactive maintenance strategy is the only key. This means that the application of classical reliability methods suitable for components with sudden failures can be complemented by technical diagnostic methods which have the potential to provide the information about the system condition. In this article we focus on the diagnostic signal related to the used oil – tribodiagnostic measures and is an interesting theoretical item related to the evaluation of the quality of lubricants in the aspect of operation. This is because the oil is in direct contact with single parts of the assessed technical systems. Results tests were reviewed and derived from various parameters of lubricants and their limits that highlight the condition and state of the lubricants under varying categories which include, physiochemical, elemental (wear), contamination and additive analysis.

This paper shows a new strategy for developing of space logistics which is supported by safety engineering for the operational techniques and technologies in space. A new strategy is a very important for developing of space technology because account improvement range and its independence from most terrestrial network failures. The developing space logistics is observable during make of satellites which are ensuring wideranging continuous information flow among people, businesses and governments for assuring of safety and security when terrestrial network connections are disrupted. The main goal in this publication is presenting example of analysis and assessment in an industrial enterprise of space logistics.

W publikacji przedstawiono nową strategię rozwoju logistyki kosmicznej wspieranej przez inżynierię bezpieczeństwa w celu poprawy technik operacyjnych i technologii w przestrzeni kosmicznej. Nowa strategia jest bardzo ważna dla rozwoju logistyki kosmicznej, gdyż uwzględnia poprawę zasięgu oraz jego niezależność od powstałych awarii w sieci naziemnej. Rozwój technologii kosmicznej jest zauważalny przy budowie satelitów, które zapewniają wielopłaszczyznowy, ciągły przepływ informacji pomiędzy ludźmi, przedsiębiorstwami i rządami dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w przypadku powstałych zakłóceń połączeń sieci naziemnej. Głównym celem publikacji było przedstawienie przykładowej analizy i oceny przemysłowego przedsięwzięcia dla rozwoju logistyki kosmicznej.

W artykule przedstawiono ocenę wpływu stosowania trzech różnych formuł sprzedażnych węgla kamiennego energetycznego w dyspozytorskim sterowaniu procesami przeróbki mechanicznej węgla. Wykorzystano do tego celu modele symulacyjne głównych operacji przeróbczych. Przedstawiono prognozy efektów wzbogacania i uzyskiwanej maksymalnej wartości produkcji w przykładowych układach technologicznych przy różnych założeniach produkcyjnych.

Impact of use of three various sale formulas of steam hard coal within a coal preparation control system has been evaluated in the paper. Simulative models of the main processing operations have been used for this purpose. Forecasts of preparation effects as well as forecasts of getting maximum values of production in sample technological systems by various production assumptions have been discussed in the paper.
