W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję systemowego zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa w dynamicznej eksploatacji maszyn i pojazdów. Rozwiązanie tego problemu zaproponowano przez zastosowanie Zintegrowanego Systemu obejmującego kontrolą kompletny obszar budowy i istnienia obiektu technicznego. Automatyczne łączenie informacji z systemu eksploatacji z aplikacjami badań i konstrukcji nowych maszyn i pojazdów proponowane jest przez wykorzystanie sieci łączności online i aplikacji takich, jak np. Internet rzeczy, zastosowany do automatycznego rozproszonego rozwiązywania problemów niezawodności i konstrukcji złożonych obiektów technicznych. Szczególną uwagę w treści artykułu skierowano na metody predykcji, istotne dla realizacji celów zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności systemu.

The process of the use of fixed capital is a component of fixed capital management, which is based on the benefits resulting from the use value of particular facilities. Fixed capital management manifests itself in a company’s specific strategy for managing its fixed capital resources. The economic aspects of activities are closely related to the use of facilities, and, consequently, to safety and reliability, because the reliability of technical facilities affects the costs of use. The knowledge of the correlations between the reliability, costs and economic effects of reliability systems allows for comparing the effectiveness of systems characterised by various reliability indicators, constituting a basis for developing the principles of reliability optimisation calculation. In this calculation reliability ratios determine the fundamental economic values which affect corporate functioning in the area of fixed capital management. An assessment of the safety and reliability of technical facilities must be based on systemic solutions. Such solutions should rely on modern, fully automated and integrated monitoring systems, as well as adequate and customised reliability analysis methods. The paper presents a proposal for an Integrated Machine and Vehicle Safety and Reliability System (ZSBENMP), and it describes selected reliability prediction methods of key significance to the effective functioning of the system.
