The paper presents program for calculating stechiometric solid fuels. The program calculates the efficiency of air- and fume-ventilators and the percentage composition of humid fumes. With this program it is also possible to estimate thermal loses which occur in the energetic boiler whose efficiency can be identified by two methods: indirect and direct.

Spalanie węgla kamiennego i brunatnego w kotłach energetycznych wprowadza do atmosfery dużą ilość zanieczyszczeń. Przez zastosowanie nadkrytycznych parametrów pary można zmniejszyć emisję zanieczyszczeń i zwiększyć sprawność bloków energetycznych, co wymaga jednak stosowania materiałów konstrukcyjnych nowej generacji, m. in. stali austenitycznych. Przedstawiono rozwój w świecie bloków na parametry nadkrytyczne i ultranadkrytyczne oraz stosowanych materiałów konstrukcyjnych. Zamieszczono wykaz stali austenitycznych stosowanych w budowie kotłów energetycznych. Podano podstawowe charakterystyki stali austenitycznych nowej generacji i omówiono zasady ich kształtowania oraz spawania.

Combustion of hard and brown coal in power boilers brings into the atmosphere large amount of pollutants. Application of supercritical steam parameters can reduce the pollutants emission while the power units efficiency can be increased. This requires, however, the use of construction materials of new generation, i.e. austenitic steels among other ones. In the paper it has been presented the world development of power units operating under supercritical and ultra supercritical parameters as well as of construction materials used for their manufacture. The list of austenitic steels used in construction of power boilers has been inserted. The main characteristics of new generation austenitic steels are given and the principles of their forming and welding are discussed.
