In the artide the problem related to employees' dismissing was presented. Its influence on engagement of the others employees in work and on the quality of products created by them was shown too. The special attention was paid to non ethic activities of employers in the scope of employees' dismissing and the growing number of them both in Poland and in the others countries because of the global crisis. The necessity of change of employers' attitude to dismissed employees was underlined. The main solving in this situation could be Outplacement protecting from decreasing the product quality and from dropping of customers' interest in given organization. These aspects were very important because the strong relations existed between quality of psychological environment created for employees and quality of made by them market values.
