Celem niniejszego referatu jest przedstawienie wymagań jakie powinny być spełnione, aby urządzenia elektryczne i elektroniczne nie emitowały nadmiernych poziomów zaburzeń elektromagnetycznych w pokładowej sieci zasilającej niskiego napięcia kolejowych pojazdów trakcyjnych. Przykładem, którym posłużono się w niniejszym referacie będzie urządzenie radiowe końcowe w postaci radiotelefonu pociągowego zgodnego ze standardami polskiego zarządcy infrastruktury kolejowej PKP PLK. W referacie omówiono metody eliminacji zaburzeń przewodzonych przy wykorzystaniu dedykowanego filtra eliminującego zaburzenia przewodzone pochodzące od zainstalowanego radiotelefonu pociągowego.

The purpose of this paper is to present the requirements that must be met in order for electrical and electronic equipment does not emit excessive levels of electromagnetic disturbances in the ship's low-voltage rail traction vehicles. An example, which are used in this paper is the radio terminal device as a train radio according with the technical standards infrastructure manager PKP PLK. The paper discusses methods of eliminating conducted disturbances using a dedicated filter to eliminate conductive disturbances from the installed train radio.

This article presents results of research concerning the possibility of reducing the level of toxic nitric oxides (NOx) emission to the atmosphere. The research has been conducted on DKVR 20-13, PTVM-50 and DE 25-14 gas boilers. The complex character of this issue requires individual consideration regarding each boiler configuration. Each case requires consideration of characteristics and details of all elements constituting the boiler-furnace unit. The main problem was to establish the reference level to which the reduction of nitric oxides occurs. The actual maximum emission of nitric oxides was assumed as this level. It was verified with the maximum allowable emission of nitric oxides for each boiler. Three levels of the potential influence of emission on the atmosphere have been taken into account. This experimental research allowed for proposing an effective method, which led to reducing nitric oxides emission by around 30%.

Decyzja wykonawcza Komisji (UE) 2017/1442 z dnia 31 lipca 2017 r. [1] ustanawiająca konkluzje dotyczące najlepszych dostępnych technik w odniesieniu do dużych obiektów energetycznego spalania zgodnie z dyrektywą Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady 2010/75/UE [2] została opublikowana w Dzienniku Urzędowym Unii Europejskiej (L212) w dniu 17 sierpnia 2017 r. Prowadzący instalacje energetycznego spalania będą zobowiązani do wprowadzenia do praktyki produkcyjnej odpowiednich rozwiązań w celu spełnienia konkluzji BAT do dnia 16 sierpnia 2021 r.

Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/1442 of 31 July 2017 [1] establishing the Best Available Techniques Conclusions for large combustion plants in accordance with Directive 2010/75 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council [2] was published in Official Journal of the European Union (L212) on 17 August 2017. Operators of combustion installations will be required to implement a production practice of appropriate solutions to meet the BAT conclusions by 16 August 2021.

Electromagnetic compatibility requirements for immunity tests have been presented and the emission levels of electromagnetic disturbances in adjustable speed power drive systems have been determined. The disturbances are divided into two groups: low-frequency (up to 50 harmonics of the power supply system) and high-frequency (above 150 kHz). The lack of legal regulations on permissible disturbance level in the frequency range from 2.5 kHz to 150 kHz has also been mentioned. This range is considered high frequency by the authors. Standarized compatibility levels and sample measured parameters of the electromagnetic environment have also been shown. An exemplary reaction of the drive to the most common disturbances in the power supply system has been presented.

W pracy przedstawiono problematykę wykorzystania komunalnych osadów ściekowych (KOS) w układach wypalania klinkieru. Są one atrakcyjnym substytutem węgla ze względu na neutralność pod kątem emisji CO2. W celu określenia poziomu emisji CO2 ze spalania mieszanki paliw w nowoczesnym układzie linii wypalania klinkieru o wydajności 2000 ton/dobę przeprowadzono obliczenia dla różnych konfiguracji współspalanych paliw. Wykazały one, iż substytucja węgla paliwami alternatywnymi i osadami ściekowymi na poziomie 85% skutkuje zmniejszeniem wskaźnika emisji paliwowej dwutlenku węgla o ok. 35%.

The paper presents an analysis of the application of sewage sludge in systems of the clinker burning. Sewage sludge is an attractive substitute for coal due to neutrality in terms of CO2 emissions. In order to determine the level of CO2 emissions from the mixed fuel combustion in modern clinker burning line with a capacity of 2000 tons/day, calculation for various configurations of co-combustion fuels were carried out. It was showed that the substitution of coal with alternative fuels and sewage sludge at the level 85% results in a reduction of fuel emission of carbon dioxide by about 35%.

Omówiona została metodyka badań przetwornic wagonowych w zakresie emisji zaburzeń przewodzonych na ich wejściowym porcie zasilania wysokiego napięcia (WN) wyjściowych portach (NN) w odniesieniu do dopuszczalnych poziomów normatywnych.

In the paper presents prospective main source of radio-electrical interferences (disturbances), which can appear in multi-system railway carriage converters or in auxiliary static converters installed in rolling stock. Article describes methodology of measurements of railway carriage converters in the rage of emission interferences conducted in its high voltage power input and in its power outputs in regard to normative levels.
