According to requirements of the contemporary market the SME.s must offer the wide range of products adapted for individual requirements of the customer. This leads to manufacture in very short cycles and to the necessity of the individual production of unit and small batch condition. The manufacturing process requires documentation of the production. Very often, the documentation process and the time of its formation is limited. The article includes an analysis of the modern manufacturing systems and answers the question: how is possible to produce without having a documentation in paper form. The presented solution is used during the products manufacturing in the SMEs.

Omówiono zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem dokumentami elektronicznymi w administracji publicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dokumentów elektronicznych gromadzonych w archiwach. Scharakteryzowano dokumenty prawne regulujące archiwizację dokumentów elektronicznych w administracji publicznej, a także obowiązujące normy w tym zakresie.

Issues pertaining to the e-documents management in the public administration are discussed in the article, with special attention paid to e-documents stored in backup archives. Legal documents regulating the domain of creating backups of e-documents in the public administration, as well standards to be observed in this field, are presented.

This paper describes questions related to non-disclosure electronic documents. The author's attention was focused on the legal requirements which teleinformatic systems and networks used for processing and storage of non-disclosure documents must meet.
