W artykule przeanalizowano zdarzenia związane z oddziaływaniem prądu elektrycznego na organizm ludzki w latach 2016-2022. Analizę przeprowadzono na podstawie danych udostępnionych przez Wyższy Urząd Górniczy w Katowicach. Ponadto przytoczono informacje o wypadkach porażenia prądem w saskich kopalniach (Deutschland, Anim, Lanckerode), które wydarzyły się w latach 1895-1901.

Electrocution is one of the main causes of workplace deaths in the construction industry. This paper presents a framework for identifying electrocution risk factors and exploring the correlations between them, with the aim of assisting accident prevention research. Specifically, the Haddon Matrix is used to extract the risk factors from 193 investigation reports of electrical shock accidents from 2012-2019, and the Apriori algorithm is applied to examine the potential relationships between these factors. Based on association rules using three criteria: support (S), confidence (C) and lift (L), the betweenness centrality is then introduced to optimize association rules and find the most important rules though comparison. The results show that after optimization, some of these critical rules rise significantly in rank, such as Workplace: indoor → No CPR provided. Through these ranking changes, the focus of safety management is clarified, and finally, based on a comprehensive analysis of association rules, targeted accident prevention measures are suggested.

W artykule opisano wybrane zagadnienia związane ze słupowymi stacjami transformatorowymi SN/nn typu STS w aspekcie ochrony zwierząt, głównie ptaków, przed skutkami porażenia prądem elektrycznym. Przedstawiono propozycje rozwiązań technicznych, które mogą być zastosowane podczas przebudowy stacji lub prac eksploatacyjnych.

The paper presents selected issues related to the STS pole MV/LV transformer. Special attention is paid to accidental contact of animals, mostly birds with STS pole MV/LV transformer, and the risk of animals electrocution. Technical solutions increasing the safety of birds, which can be applied during the transformer station modernization or maintenance activities, have been presented.

Early post-fledging mortality of White Stork during the period from the first flight to their autumn departure from natal area was described. Data from eight breeding seasons (2005−2012) about 56 cases of death of juvenile White Storks from a study area in Western Poland were collected. For a comparison the data of 55 cases of death from recoveries data deposited in Polish Bird Ringing Centre from entire Poland were included in analysis. Early post-fledgling mortality rate varied from 2 to 11% (mean 4.3%) of all fledglings per year. The main causes of death were collision with power lines and electrocution which in Western Poland constituted 60% and in entire Poland − 78% of death cases with known causes. Other anthropogenic causes constituted responsibly 25 and 13% and natural causes − 15 and 9%. Mean distance where dead storks were found was 183.3m from natal nests, while 73% were found closer than 100 m from their nests.

W przedmiotowym artykule scharakteryzowano hybrydowe układy zasilania stosowane obecnie w pojazdach samochodowych. Podczas wypadków i zdarzeń drogowych może wystąpić szereg zagrożeń dla osób ratowanych i samych ratowników. W chwili obecnej brakuje jednolitych procedur i wytycznych w kierunku bezpieczeństwa prowadzenia działań ratowniczych. Duże zróżnicowanie rozwiązań technicznych wymusza konieczność wprowadzenia ujednoliconych rozwiązań w zakresie bezpieczeństwa W artykule poddano także pod rozważania propozycje usystematyzowania rozwiązań w zakresie skuteczności i bezpieczeństwa prowadzenia działań ratowniczych w wypadkach drogowych z udziałem tego typu pojazdów.

In the present article the hybrid power systems currently used in motor vehicles are described. While accidents and traffic events may occure a number of threats to persons rescued and rescuers themselves. In the current lack of uniform procedures and guidelines for the security of conducting rescue operations. Large diversity of technical solutions enforces the need for a unified security solutions in the article were also under consideration of proposals for structuring solutions for the efficacy and safety of conducting rescue operations in road accidents involving such vehicles.

W artykule opisano zagrożenie porażeniem prądem elektrycznym od maszyn elektrycznych po wyłączeniu napięcia zasilającego, a będących jeszcze w ruchu. Pomimo wyłączenia napięcia nadal występuje w instalacji zasilającej napięcie rażeniowe niebezpieczne dla zdrowia człowieka, indukowane przez stan wybiegu maszyny.

The article describes the hazard of the electric by large electric machines after them switching off from their supply voltage, but being still in motion. Despite the switch-off from voltage in supply-installation it is still dangerous the shock voltage for health of man, induced by electric machine in stopping period.
