W pracy na przykładzie innowacyjnego systemu SAP przedstawiono możliwości do realizacji wybranego procesu z zakresu gospodarki materiałowej. Moduł gospodarki materiałowej pozwala na gromadzenie aktualnych danych podstawowych: indeksów materiałów, usług, rekordów dostawców, które są jednolite i spójne dla całej grupy. Opisano, jedną z wielu możliwości modułu MM, ZATWIERDZANIE REZERWACJI I ZGŁOSZEŃ ZAPOTRZEBOWANIA. Przedstawiono etapy jakie można zrealizować: zatwierdzanie rezerwacji, wyszukanie rezerwacji do zatwierdzenia, raportowanie rezerwacji, zatwierdzanie zgłoszeń zapotrzebowania, wyszukanie zgłoszenia do zatwierdzenia, raportowanie zgłoszeń zapotrzebowania. Omówiono strukturę organizacyjną systemu i korzyści wynikające z wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie. Pozwala to w rezultacie na większą przejrzystość procesów zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwie, na dostęp, w czasie rzeczywistym, do spójnych informacji zarządczych, co w konsekwencji przyspiesza podejmowanie decyzji.

Presented paper explains the usage of innovative SAP system. It presents possibilities how to implement the process in the field of materials management. Furthermore, in this paper materials management module is explained and shows how to collect basic data: indexes of materials, services, supply records that are uniform and consistent for the whole group. The authors also describe one of many possibilities of the MM, APPROVAL OF RESERVATION AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Gradually, they illustrate steps that can be performed: validation of the reservation, reservation search for approval, reporting reservation, approving requisitions, search of the application for approval, reporting requisitions. Finally, the authors discuss the organizational structure of the system and the benefits of the system implementation. Combined material indicates how to present the result to greater transparency of processes taking place in the company.

Zintegrowany system zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, charakteryzuje się otwartą niepowiązaną ze sobą strukturą zleceniodawców i dostawców. Na wejściu i wyjściu systemu produkcyjnego, znajdują się magazyny. Między zleceniodawcami, kooperantami, dostawcami a magazynem występują środki transportu, które służą do transportu surowców jak i wyrobów gotowych czy też wyremontowanych urządzeń. We wspomnianym systemie przedsiębiorstwa, jest realizowany zbiór zadań dostawczych identyfikowanych przez procesy zaopatrzeniowo - dystrybucyjne, które nieodzownie są powiązane z procesami magazynowania a te z kolei z produkcją, remontem i montażem, na rzecz zleceniodawców.

The article describes a need for adjusting an organisational structure of an electricity company in our country to its operating strategy, taking into account the European Union requirements, which seem to be substantial at the moment. An organisational structure arises from the strategy and its requirements. Correspondence between factors of the company strategy adopted, the company structure and environment results in higher effectiveness, while its lack has a negative effect on the company performance. The employed strategy for the company operation, based on a properly worked out organisational structure, must ensure the best use of its environment. Organisational transformations require changes not only in the environment of the company but also in the company. Changes generally result in the necessity for a number of adjustment processes relating to implementation of new production technologies, new equipment, often new investments, control systems as well as IT tools which involve internal changes in the organisational structure and qualifications of the existing experienced staff as well as recruitment of new employees. Organisational changes entail processes of adjustment to a strategy of the company internationalisation. Opening to foreign markets results in new tasks to be tackled by new structures in companies, including electricity companies.
