W artykule omówiono zagadnienia związane z rolą konstrukcji wspornych w zapewnieniu funkcjonowania przewodów ognioodpornych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań laboratoryjnych.

As the operation of fire resistant cables depends on a number of factors, authors of this article decided to conduct a research concerning the role of standard supports structures in fire – resistant cables operation (power supply or signal transmission) in fire conditions. The background of undertaken topic is also the safety of the firefighters involved in fire operation. The article presents and discusses the outcomes of the research.

Część IV artykułu omawia dobór przewodów połączonych równolegle ilustrowany przykładami 9, 10 i 11. W treści artykułu zostały omówione dwa przypadki zwarć: na początku oraz końcu jednego z równolegle połączonych przewodów. Zamieszczone są rysunki nr 12 - 17 oraz tabele nr XVII - XXIX. W końcowej części artykułu znajduje się spis literatury.

The fourth part of the article discusses the selection of parallel conductors, which is illustrated by examples 9, 10 and 11. The article discusses two cases of symptoms of short-circuit: on the beginning of one from the parallel conductors and on the end of one from the parallel conductors. The drawings No 12 - 17, and the tables No XVII - XXIX were inserted in the fourth part of the article. There is the list of literature in the end of article.

Część II artykułu zawiera dokończenie przykładu obliczeniowego 1 oraz przykład obliczeniowy 2, następnie omawia metodę sprawdzania dobranych kabli i przewodów na warunki zwarciowe (z przykładami obliczeniowymi 3, 4 i 5) oraz metodę sprawdzania dobranych kabli i przewodów na warunek spadku napięcia (z przykładem obliczeniowym 6). W części II artykułu zamieszczone są rysunki nr 3-9 oraz tabele nr VIII - XVI.

The second part of the article includes the termination of the 1st analytical example and the 2nd analytical example, then discusses the method of verification of the selected cables and conductors on the shorting conditions (with the 3 rd, 4 th and 5 th analytical examples) and the method of verification of the selected cables and conductors on the condition of voltage's drop (with the 6 th analytical example). The drawings N° 3-9 and the tables N° VIII - XVI were inserted in the second part of the article.

Część III omawia metodę sprawdzania dobranych kabli i przewodów z warunku samoczynnego wyłączenia (z przykładami obliczeniowymi 7 i 8) oraz metodę wyznaczania przekroju przewodu neutralnego w obwodach zasilających odbiorniki nieliniowe. W części III artykułu zamieszczone są rysunki nr 10 i 11 oraz tabele nr XVII - XXV.

The third part of the article discusses the method of verification of the selected cables and conductors on the conditions of automatic switching off (with the 7th, and 8th analytical examples) and the method of estimation of the cross-section of neutral conductors in the supply circuits for non-linear receivers. In the third part of the article, the drawings N° 10 and 11, and the tables N° XVII - XXV have been inserted.
