The nanosized filler influence on the physicochemical and electrical properties of the composite ceramic- polymer (CP) material to be applied in outdoor line HV insulators has been investigated. Also the results of the electrical and mechanical examinations of the CP insulators moulded with the use of the dies made of PET have been presented. As a standard, the moulds for flask - moulding are made of PP material what, because of its high adhesion causes some difficulties during forming of insulator and leads to deteriorating the quality of the insulator surface.

The significance of powder cores revealing three dimensional electric insulation for innovative electric motor construction has been emphasized. The magnetic properties and strength of materials made of commercial iron powder Somaloy 500 covered with electric resistive inorganic coating were studied. Optimal manufacturing conditions (particle size fractionating, compacting pressure value, sense of purpose of sintering) were discussed.

Przedstawiono znaczenie rdzeni proszkowych odznaczających się przestrzenną izolacją elektryczną dla konstrukcji nowoczesnych silników elektrycznych. Zbadano własności magnetyczne i wytrzymałość materiałów wykonanych z handlowego proszku żelaza Somaloy 500, którego cząstki pokryte są nie przewodzącymi elektryczność powłokami nieorganicznymi. Przedyskutowano optymalne warunki otrzymywania wyrobów (frakcjonowanie proszków na klasy ziarnowe, wielkość ciśnienia prasowania, celowość spiekania).

The paper contains an analysis of selected problems connected with modelling of the phenomena of ageing of insulation systems exposed to several stresses. The essence of the interaction of stresses in the phenomena of the insulation systems degradation has been discussed and selected analytical methods of the estimation of the life models parameters connected with synergism characterized. Evaluations of the effect of synergism on the durability of insulation of electrical devices as well as recommendations of the pertinent standards for procedures of accelerated ageing testing are presented. An analysis of selected life models of insulation systems containing components describing the synergism of stresses is included.

Opracowanie zawiera analizę wybranych problemów związanych z modelowaniem zjawisk starzenia układów izolacyjnych, w obecności kilku narażeń. Omówiono istotę interakcji narażeń w zjawiskach degradacji układów izolacyjnych, scharakteryzowano wybrane analityczne metodyki estymacji parametrów modeli życia związanych z synergizmem oraz przedstawiono oceny wpływu synergizmu na trwałość izolacji urządzeń elektrycznych, a także zalecenia odpowiednich norm dla procedur prób przyspieszonego starzenia. Zamieszczono analizę wybranych modeli życia układów izolacyjnych zawierających składniki opisujące synergizm narażeń.
