In this work columns loaded by a follower force directed towards the pole, in which elasticity of constructional joints was considered, are presented. Flexibility of constructional joints has been modeled by using rigidity of rotational and transversal springs. Theoretical analysis concerning geometry of the system and the boundary conditions formulation on the base of the total system energy has been carried out. Realized simulation concerned the course of natural frequency in relation to the external load for given geometry and physical constants of the columns. Theoretical results are compared with those from the experiment.
