Since the beginning of its existence mankind is using natural resources and applying them in construction techniques. The anthropogenic pressure induced by humans its clearly influencing the natural environment and so affecting its functional balance. Buildings are anthropogenic objects that enable mankind to inhabit its natural habitat according to their needs. This article discloses the use issues of buildings according to their anthropogenic pressure taken in consideration the example of a selected building.

Examples of the concept of rebuilding the western outpost, the historic bridge over the Vistula River in Tczew including gatehouse and its surrounding by using computer hardware and software for engineering design. Rational assessment of three solutions proposed revitalization of the bridge and the choice of the optimal in terms of finance and technology. Time and cost of construction and reconstruction authenticity as the main parameters considered in comparisons. The analysis to gain funds needed for reconstruction and for cultural adaptation of the objects listed in the register of monuments.

W niniejszym artykule przestawiono problem występowania drgań w budynkach, spowodowanych poruszającymi się pojazdami oraz ideę rozwiązania problemu pracochłonnych i kosztownych pomiarów takiego zjawiska. Autorzy starają się ukazać czynniki mające wpływ na wielkość drgań w świetle obowiązujących przepisów i norm. Główny wysiłek skupiają na ich pomiarze i interpretacji otrzymanych wyników w świetle propozycji budowy aplikacji wykorzystującej sztuczne sieci neuronowe.

This article discusses the problem existence vibration in buildings caused by moving vehicles and the idea of alternative solution for intensive and costly measurements of these oscillations. The study shows what factors may have a significant impact on the size of the vibration. This work also included information how to measure vibration and how to interpret the results.

Unsatisfactory condition of a large part of the urban underground infrastructure and construction of buildings, especially those with deep foundations, requires close cooperation of the installation industry, constructors and geotechnical engineers in the project preparation. The safety of buildings largely depends on the technical condition of the adjacent infrastructure. As the situations described in this article show, there is a need to consider the relationships between the underground urban infrastructure and the nearby buildings. Failures or emergencies in the underground infrastructure may deteriorate the technical condition and, in some specific cases, lead to a collapse of buildings or their parts. The emergency events may take place during the execution or operation, affecting both the underground systems and building structures.

Approach idea to project's problems are systematizing of exploitation system and risk analysis in achieving of quality features of management's and executive's (service's) processes. Conception of quality assurance model of exploitation system is also presented.
