Exploitation of vehicles on the civil market requires the deprivation of utility features of vehicles intended for military or police purposes. The work presents an algorithm of operation to deprive combat vehicles of the utility features. As part of the work, an example of the analysis of the elements of vehicle construction and equipment which should be deprived of functional features is shown, in accordance with the list contained in the above regulations. The authors also provided a description of how to proceed in order to deprive the utility features of the designated construction elements or equipment of the selected combat vehicle.

Eksploatacja pojazdów na rynku cywilnym wymaga pozbawienie cech użytkowych pojazdów o przeznaczeniu wojskowym lub policyjnym. W ramach pracy przedstawiono algorytm działania w celu pozbawienia cech użytkowych pojazdów bojowych. W ramach pracy pokazano przykład analizy elementów budowy i wyposażenia pojazdu, które należy pozbawić cech użytkowych, zgodnie z wykazem zawartym w powyższych rozporządzeniach. Autorzy również przedstawili opis sposobu postępowania w celu pozbawienia cech użytkowych wskazanych elementów budowy lub wyposażenia wybranego pojazdu bojowego.

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę eksploatacji środków transportu. Rozważania skoncentrowane zostały na przedstawieniu problemów decyzyjnych, jakie występują w przedsiębiorstwach transportowych, które w swoich zasobach posiadają środki transportu. W ramach problemów decyzyjnych scharakteryzowano system eksploatacji środków transportu oraz przedstawiono jego model, ponadto dokonano charakterystyki strategie eksploatacji, które w istotny sposób wpływają na System Obsługi Technicznej środków transportu. W opracowaniu przedstawiono również problematykę intensywności wykorzystania środków transportu oraz wybrane modele decyzyjne w ich eksploatacji.

The article presents the problem of exploitation of means of transport. The considerations were focused on presenting decision-making problems that exist in transport companies that have means of transport in their resources. As part of decision-making problems, the system of exploitation of means of transport was characterized and its model was presented, in addition, characteristics of exploitation strategies were made, which significantly affect the Technical Service System of means of transport. The study also presents the issue of the intensity of the use of means of transport and selected decision models in their operation.

In the article the problem of optimization of the exploitation processes in transportation companies is presented. It analyzes the processes of operation modes and shows the important problems to be solved. The result of this analysis is division the exploitation process to particular processes, that gives more important problems exacting solutions. Optimization methods have been analyzed to improve the efficiency of transport processes. Computer techniques have been discussed in the maintenance of the means of transport.

W pracy omówiono system obsługowy samolotów Orlik będących na stanie jednostki wojskowej 4938 w Radomiu. Dokonano podziału rodzajów obsług, oraz podano przykłady usterek jakie miały miejsce w latach 2012-2014. Wykazano, że pojawiające się usterki miały charakter przypadkowy i należy je traktować jako uszkodzenia pomiędzy którymi brak korelacji. Personel obsługowy w analizowanym okresie zapewnił wymaganą sprawność techniczną obiektów –samolotów.

In the systems of the exploitation of means of transport in order to assure correct carrying out of the assigned transport tasks, it is necessary to maintain the required number of vehicles in the state of task availability. It is obtained as a result of carrying out of service and repair processes at the traffic maintenance subsystem posts. From the point of view of the effectiveness of the operation of the systems of the exploitation of means of transport, the damaged technological objects should be serviced in the shortest possible time. In the case of the system of the exploitation of means of transport the task of the traffic maintenance subsystem is the servicing of the required number of damaged means of transport over the assigned time interval defined by the transport task timetable. One of the methods of the evaluation of the degree of carrying out of the processes at the traffic maintenance subsystem posts is defining the efficiency of the posts of the subsystem. This paper presents the method of defining the efficiency of traffic maintenance subsystem in the system of the exploitation of means of transport measured by the probability value of servicing of the required number of technological objects over the assigned time interval. The resulting characteristics were presented on a general basis as well as in the form of exponential distribution and Erlang distribution. Moreover, for the utilization data obtained in tests carried out in an actual means of transport system the values of the analyzed characteristics were defined. The evaluation of the efficiency of the traffic maintenance subsystem posts may serve as the basis of decision making as to the change of the number and type of the used service and repair posts in the tested system as well as modification of the carried out exploitation strategy. The suggested method may be used for individual post, a group of posts of a given type as well as for a subsystem of traffic maintenance analyzed as a whole.

W systemach eksploatacji środków transportu, w celu zapewnienia prawidłowej realizacji przydzielonych zadań przewozowych, konieczne jest utrzymywanie wymaganej liczby pojazdów w stanie zdatności zadaniowej. Uzyskiwane jest to w wyniku realizacji procesów obsługowo-naprawczych na stanowiskach podsystemu utrzymania ruchu. Z punktu widzenia efektywności działania systemu eksploatacji środków transportu, uszkodzone obiekty techniczne powinny zostać uzdatnione w możliwie najkrótszym czasie. W przypadku systemu eksploatacji środków transportu, zadaniem podsystemu utrzymania ruchu jest uzdatnienie wymaganej liczby uszkodzonych środków transportu, w przeznaczonym na ten cel przedziale czasu, określonym harmonogramem realizowanych zadań przewozowych. Jednym ze sposobów oceny stopnia realizacji procesów na stanowiskach podsystemu utrzymania ruchu jest wyznaczenie wydajności stanowisk tego podsystemu. W artykule przedstawiono metodę wyznaczania wydajności stanowisk podsystemu utrzymania ruchu w systemie eksploatacji środków transportu, mierzonej wartością prawdopodobieństwa uzdatnienia wymaganej liczby obiektów technicznych w przeznaczonym na ten cel przedziale czasu. Opracowane charakterystyki zostały przedstawione w sposób ogólny oraz dla rozkładu wykładniczego i rozkładu Erlanga. Następnie dla danych eksploatacyjnych, uzyskanych z badań przeprowadzonych w rzeczywistym systemie eksploatacji środków transportu, wyznaczono wartości analizowanych charakterystyk. Ocena wydajności stanowisk podsystemu utrzymania ruchu może stanowić podstawę podjęcia decyzji o zmianie liczby i typu stosowanych stanowisk obsługowo-naprawczych w badanym systemie oraz modyfikacji realizowanej strategii eksploatacyjnej. Zaproponowana metoda może być zastosowana zarówno dla pojedynczego stanowiska, zespołu stanowisk danego typu oraz dla podsystemu utrzymania ruchu analizowanego jako całość.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest metodyka doskonalenia jakości eksploatacyjnej wielkogabarytowych szynowych środków transportowych, których reprezentantem są suwnice pomostowe. Scharakteryzowano przedmiot badań oraz sformułowano wskaźniki jakości eksploatacyjnej urządzenia. Następnie przedstawiono opracowany algorytm przyspieszonych badań eksploatacyjnych urządzenia oraz wybrane wyniki zrealizowanych badań.

The paper is focusing on a methodology, that will help improve quality exploitation of the family of large dimensional rail transport devices, witch is representative of overhend cranes. The object of the investigation has been characterised and the device quality indicators have been formulated. Next, the investigated algoritm for rapid prototyping of large dimensional rail transport devices under exploitation, is presented, as well as, the selected results obtained.

An approach to the design and development of a model of a given class of technical objects and selected decision indexes, which are the outcome of a series of experiments, is presented in the paper. Buses operated within an urban bus-transport system are used in the experiments to construct a model of maintenance process. The model gives grounds for the design of a algorithm to carry out a simulation of maintenance process as wełł as a computer program for the use in the computer-aided management of a maintenance process. The guidelines for the design of a model of maintenance process were drawn up as a result of the observations and work on an urban bus-transport system.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe założenia do modelu procesu eksploatacji pewnej klasy obiektów technicznych (na przykładzie autobusów komunikacji miejskiej) oraz wybrane wskaźniki decyzyjne wyznaczane z badań modelu. Opracowany model procesu eksploatacji stanowi podstawę do opracowania algorytmu symulacji realizacji procesu eksploatacji i opracowania programu komputerowego jako narzędzia wspomagającego decydenta w procesie podejmowania decyzji dotyczących sterowania procesem eksploatacji. Założenia do modelu procesu eksploatacji opracowano na podstawie identyfikacji rzeczywistego systemu eksploatacji autobusów komunikacji miejskiej i badań eksploatacyjnych zrealizowanych w tym systemie.
