Problematyka pomiaru efektywności to kluczowe zagadnienie w zarządzaniu procesami kształtowania jakości produktów, bowiem tylko wtedy można zmierzyć, monitorować i analizować procesy kształtowania jakości, można jakością zarządzać.

The problems of effectivity measurement is key question in process management, specially in quality formulation of products. The effectivity (or efficiency) determines a relationship between obtained results and resources used. Therefore is possibly to distinguish organizational and economic measurers (measurable factors). The description of their is presented in the article with inclusion of posterior discussion regarding different levels of effectivity in whole organizations. Practically are mentioned three levels of this kind, the last one is oriented to working place. Operation processes play very important role in all levels considered. The crucial effectivity features in relation to operational processes, led in company, are described and discussed. The interesting conclusions are presented and explained.
