Prof. W. E. Doming from the USA said, that "the development of human quality should be a starting point of each quality development program in generally". The quality is the best opportunity for success in the life of every man. A very wide range of responsibilty for such performance, considering the employees of companies, take over all organizations (firms), where the people are employed. The quality of life means practically the satisfaction of customer and employee, and not only one part of that relationship. Prof. T. Kotarbinski, the high authority in "good labour", confirmed with proper words, that the most important is ..that a man should to do all things with willingness what s/he anyway must to do". Therefore the effectiveness in proper activities is important in further development of organizational and managerial systems. Such economic aspects are included to the presented article.
