W artykule przeanalizowano poszczególne elementy ogłoszenia o zamówieniu publicznym pod kątem aspektów gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym. Wyniki przeprowadzonych analiz wskazują, że zarówno pod względem ilościowym, jak i wartościowym udział cyrkularnych zamówień publicznych w ogólnej liczbie i wartości zamówień publicznych na roboty budowlane jest niewielki. W latach 2020 i 2021 zamawiający najczęściej formułowali wymagania środowiskowe w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Wymogi środowiskowe w kryteriach oceny ofert wystąpiły w niespełna 0,1% ogólnej liczby ogłoszeń o zamówieniach na roboty budowlane.

The public procurement notice in terms of aspects of the circular economy are analyzed. The results of the conducted analyzes indicate that both in terms of quantity and value, the share of circular public procurement in the total number and value of public contracts for works is small. In 2020 i 2021 the contracting authorities most often formulated environmental requirements in the description of the subject of the contract. Environmental requirements in the bid evaluation criteria were present in less than 0.1% of the total number of contract notices for works.

Konsekwentnie postępująca antropopresja obejmuje zarówno czynniki abiotyczne (elementy nieożywione, m.in. powietrze, woda, ziemia), jak i czynniki biotyczne (flora i fauna). W rezultacie takich działań współczesny świat koncentruje swoją uwagę w kierunku ochrony środowiska, by zregenerować oraz odbudować naruszony ekosystem. Agresywne oddziaływanie zanieczyszczeń zawartych w powietrzu w środowiskach zurbanizowanych wpływa destrukcyjnie na stan i wygląd elewacji budynków. W artykule przedstawiono wielokryterialnie implementacje 20 materiałów budowlanych, które mają właściwości samooczyszczania powierzchni i oczyszczania powietrza. Porównano po 10 farb elewacyjnych oraz tynków zewnętrznych, które są dostępne na rynku polskim. Wytypowano rozwiązania preferowane w budownictwie zrównoważonym ekologicznie.

Consistently progressing anthropopression includes both abiotic factors (inanimate elements, e.g. air, water, soil) and biotic factors (flora and fauna). As a result of such activities, the modern world focuses its attention on environmental protection in order to regenerate and rebuild disturbed ecosystem. The aggressive impact of air pollutants in urbanized environments has a destructive effect on the condition and appearance of building facades. The article presents multi-criteria implementations of 20 building materials that have surface self-cleaning and air purification properties. 10 facade paints and external plasters available on the Polish market were compared. Solutions preferred in ecologically sustainable construction were selected.

Saproxylic beetles are essential for the proper functioning of forest ecosystems. However, intensive forest management has led to the disappearance of suitable microhabitats of many species associated with dead wood. Cucujus cinnaberinus is an endangered saproxylic beetle which develops under the bark of dead wood. The species usually occurs in protected areas, however, some populations inhabit long-term managed forests in Central Europe. In this study, we analyzed the effect of nine silviculture-related and decay-related factors on the C. cinnaberinus microhabitat selection in managed forests. We found that potential sun exposure, bark thickness, dead wood moisture and the hardness of dead wood have a significant effect on the C. cinnaberinus microhabitat selection. The species prefers sun-exposed dead wood with thicker bark at an intermediate stage of decay with undecomposed xylem, but avoids completely dry pieces. Furthermore, we found no confirmation of a direct connection between dead wood diameter and the occurrence of C. cinnaberinus. We stressed that logging residues or stumps are mostly unsuitable for C. cinnaberinus development.

W aktualnym stanie prawnym stosowanie zielonych zamówień publicznych w budownictwie co do zasady nie jest wymagane [8]. Jednocześnie, pozytywne aspekty środowiskowe, w tym zmniejszenie emisji CO2 przez zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków, redukcja kosztów przez zaproponowanie energooszczędnych rozwiązań dotyczących m.in. termoizolacji budynków lub gospodarowania wodą w budynkach przemawiają za ich stosowaniem. Nie bez znaczenia pozostaje aspekt innowacyjnych rozwiązań i korzyści, w szczególności dla przyszłego użytkownika. W artykule poddano analizie elementy dokumentacji przetargowej pod kątem możliwości zawarcia w nich zapisów dotyczących zielonych zamówień publicznych jako instrumentu promującego budownictwo pasywne. Zaobserwowano, że stosowanie zielonych zamówień przez podmioty zobowiązane do stosowania Prawa zamówień publicznych nadal jest marginalne.

In the current legal regulation the use of green public procurement in the construction industry, as a rule, it is not required [8]. The positive environmental aspects including reducing CO2 emissions by increasing the energy efficiency of buildings, cost reduction by offering energy-saving solutions related e.g. to thermal insulation of buildings and water management in buildings, are the important reason for their use. Another important aspect is the implementation of innovative solutions and advantages for the users. In the publication, elements of tender documents, were analysed in terms of the possibility of using entries related to green public procurement as an instrument to promote passive buildings. It has been observed that the use of "green procurement" by the entities obliged to apply the Public Procurement Law is still marginal.

W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki badań laboratoryjnych skuteczności zaprawiania ziemniaków w locie podczas sadzenia. Dla przeprowadzenia tych badań zaprojektowano i wykonano w Politechnice Poznańskiej specjalne stanowisko laboratoryjne oraz opracowano własną metodę pomiaru stopnia pokrycia ziemniaka preparatem płynnym. Badania przeprowadzono dla trzech wartości ciśnienia roboczego oraz trzech rodzajów rozpylaczy. Dane uzyskane z pomiarów mogą być wykorzystane do dalszej optymalizacji konstrukcji zaprawiarek, montowanych na sadzarkach.

The paper presents the results of laboratory tests the effectiveness of treatments of potatoes on the fly by the designed and built in Poznan University of Technology position dressing of potatoes on the fly. The study was conducted for three values of pressure and three types of nozzles. Data obtained from measurements can be used to further optimize the structure mounted dresser machine on planter and the designation of empirical correction factors.

This paper presents a current study on the morphology, genetic variability, and ecological requirements of the gametophytically diploid S. denticulatum (Bryophyta, Sphagnaceae). Its broad variations in morphology and physiology, coupled with its low genetic variability, may be explained by epigenetic remodeling in response to environmental heterogeneity. Phenotypes initiated via a plastic response can be canalized in the stable and predictable conditions on the bottom of Lobelia lakes. The problem of the different development of these isolated populations is a matter for further taxonomic studies and discussion. Taking into account the great physiological tolerance and massive development of S. denticulatum, predominantly in man-made and man-modified habitats, the question arises: how far should we go to protect this species? This is particularly important at sites where it threatens the survival of other protected plants.

W artykule przedstawiono problem emisji szkodliwych gazów, jako głównego stymulatora rozwoju silników samochodowych. Na tle wymagań na nadchodzące lata, zarysowano ogólnie kierunki rozwoju silników benzynowych i silników wysokoprężnych oraz związanych z nimi układów oczyszczania spalin. Omówiono szereg koniecznych zmian w paliwach, umożliwiających poprawną pracę zmodyfikowanych silników lub wpływających bezpośrednio na polepszenie składu spalin. Przedstawiono też możliwość elektrycznego napędu samochodu przy użyciu ogniw paliwowych jako nietoksyczną alternatywę napędu po roku 2005.

The paper presents the problem of harmful effects of motor-car emissions which at the same time give impact to develope many new constructions. Having in view growing requirements of emission control there have been outlined main tendencies in designing petrol and Diesel engines, as well connected with them cleaning systems of exhaust gases. A number of changes in fuels have been considereded, necessary to ensure proper exploitation of modified engines or, directly improving composition of exhaut gases. As well have been shown perspectives of implementing electric drivers on fuel cell basis into motor-cars. And this may be an atoxic perspective for automotive transport after 2005.
