In order to satisfy new requirements for process planning and resources sharing in E-manufacturing, the structure and key technologies of the dynamic process planning and supporting system were discussed. The results show that the methods for building and storing manufacture model based on ontology could make the model have semantic nature. Theory studied in this paper laid a foundation for the process planning system, which not only to grasp the dynamic resource information, but also to realize the process resources and knowledge sharing, as well as to realize the process route optimization selection.

This paper presents some aspects to exceed the dimensional limitations in e-manufacturing. Beginning with concept and design of complex models of about 10 mm in length and height with functional surfaces a data processing is conducted to convert the CAD-Data into STL. Subsequently, support generation and data slicing has been performed before the data can be loaded into the machine. The Laser-Sintering process has been executed on EOSINT M 250 Xt with a series of pre-identified optimized process control data. Standard Material, i.e. DirectMetal20 (Ni-Cu-CuP alloy) with a layer thickness of 20 nm has been used to generate the models. A quality check to determine the dimensional errors between the CAD-models and generated models has been conducted after the Laser-Sintering process is completed. Finally, the accuracy is identified of about 50 urn in x- and y-direction. The research are about to be continued to increase the accuracy and the surface quality by using conductor materials with thinner layer thickness of about 10 nm and beyond, such as ceramics and metals with small ratios of binders and additives. Additionally, on the operation side a complete new innovative recoating technique are designed for coating the substrate completely with conductor materials. The results are promising that with optimized processing data the production of Direct Mi-croparts with functional properties on the surface are possible in the future.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania technik e-biznesu w e-logistyce oraz korzyści, jakie niesie ze sobą ich zastosowanie. Autorzy starali się przedstawić sytuację e-logistyki panującą w Polsce.

The development of the Internet affecting all areas of human life has led to the situation, where the IT techniques are used more and more often in various areas of business activity. The use of modern solutions is no longer the privilege of marketing, finance and human resources departments. Nowadays logistics is also making good use of it. The purpose of this article is to present the possibilities of use/utilisationof e-business in e-logistics and possible benefits of its application. The authors have made an attempt to present the situation of e-logistics in Poland.
