W dziedzinie metrologii oprogramowaniem wspomagającym tradycyjny proces kształcenia, czy też kształcenia na odległość, jest platforma zdalnego laboratorium dostępna w sposób ciągły zarówno w sensie miejsca jak i czasu, oferująca funkcje systemu zarządzania procesem nauczania i zarządzania treścią dydaktyczną, jak również możliwość dostępu do rzeczywistego sprzętu pomiarowo-sterującego. W referacie przedstawiono architekturę oraz funkcje zaproponowanej struktury zdalnego laboratorium.

In the field of metrology the goal of using a remote laboratory in teaching process is that it releases a course participant from the constraints of place and time of the experiment. Remote laboratory offers the functions of managing the process of teaching and managing the educational content. It also enables the access to real-measuring equipment. The paper presents the architecture and functions of the proposed structure of remote laboratory.

Rozsądne wykorzystanie wszystkich dostępnych zasobów sprzętowych i programowych technologii informacyjnej jako elementów edukacji, może niezwykle uatrakcyjnić proces kształcenia. Z punktu widzenia członka zbiorowości akademickiej powstaje pytanie: Jak najlepiej wykorzystać nowe narzędzia technologii informacyjnej w samokształceniu, badaniach naukowych i w procesie dydaktycznym? Próba odpowiedzi na to pytanie stanowi cel niniejszego artykułu. Szczególny nacisk położony został na kwestię prowadzenia eksperymentu na odległość, co ostatnio, na równi z symulacją eksperymentu, określane jest mianem laboratorium wirtualnego.

Effective implementation of available hardware and software resources of Information and Communication Technology, as elements of education, can make education process very attractive. From the view point of the member of the academic society it is very important answer for the question: What is the best way of implementation of information technology tools in self-learning, scientific developments, and teaching? Getting answer for this question is the main goal of the paper. The main pressure will be influenced on the problem of remote experiment which together with simulations is included to virtual laboratory environment.

W artykule przedstawiono wykorzystanie technologii informatycznych w edukacji szkolnej. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono nauczaniu na odległość. Wykazano, iż ta technika szkoleniowa spełnia swą rolę zarówno jako metoda kształcenia i samokształcenia, jak i doskonały sposób aktualizacji nabytej wiedzy. Techniki te pozwalają kształcić nieporównanie taniej od metod klasycznych, znacząco zwiększając efektywność nauczania. Opisano możliwości wykorzystania komputera do doświadczeń szkolnych w nauczaniu fizyki, a także matematyki. Zwrócono uwagę na możliwości, jakie technologie intemetowe stwarzają osobom niepełnosprawnym poprzez lepszy dostęp do edukacji oraz zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej.

The article presents the use ot the Information Technologies in the education services. Special attention is put on the distance learning. It is prooved that this training technique fulfills both learning method, self-learning and an excellent way of updating the gathered knowledge. Such a technique allowes to teach significantly cheaper than the classical one, greatly increasing the effectiveness of teaching. The possibility to use the computer in experiments in teaching physics and mathematics are also indicated. The internet technology allow the disabled people better access to the education and development of their proffesional acitivities are pointed out in the article.
