W numerze 5/2007 omówiona została europejska zgodność CE w chłodnictwie, natomiast w wydaniu 12/2007 - w wentylacji. W poprzednich publikacjach autor przedstawil zasady swobodnego przepływu wyrobów w UE, zasady bezpieczeństwa, odpowiedzialności i nadzoru rynku oraz oceny zgodności wyrobów - moduły od A do H (por. rys.), a także oznakowania wyrobów. W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowane zostaną dyrektywy dotyczące urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych.

Many machines used in agriculture, gardening and forestry is powered from electroenergetic lines at voltage 23OV~/5OHz or 400V~/50Hz. Their construction, magniture and power means are diverse - occur compound objects (drying room, technological lines to processing of the grain) and simple (comminutors, conveyors, wooddraws, lawnmowers, hotmates and so on). Safety testing operating of the machines executed after 1 may 2004 year are testing of compatibility type with requirements directive 73/23/EEC (called lowvolt-aged LVD) and standards harmonized with that directive. Repeatedly, depending kind of hazards occur while operation of the object overlap need additionally investigation compatibility with another appropriate directives (for example: machinery directive 98/37/WE, electomagnetic compatibility 89/336/EEC, noised 2000/14/EC) and harmonized standards. Signed laboratory testings are part of ruling in Poland European system account the compatibility. Theme safety eksploatation electric machines in agriculture is most important inview of operation environment (condition of electric instalation, unprofessional users, adverse and variable donditions) and often meet defects in construction and building. Because of this unfortunatelly circumstances we to deal with large amount of industrial accidents. In these article author limited to topics electric hazards. Article introduce basic laws and normalization executed actions, used testing procedures and experiences on this area.

Omówiono system oceny zgodności wyrobów wprowadzony w Polsce z dniem uzyskania członkostwa w Unii Europejskiej. Przeprowadzono analizę zagrożeń i ryzyka używania wyrobów elektronicznych w zwykłych lub dających się przewidzieć warunkach. Przedstawiono wymagania zasadnicze sformułowane w dyrektywach nowego podejścia LVD i EMC, typowych dla wyrobów elektronicznych. Omówiono procedury oceny zgodności i wymagania stawiane dokumentacji technicznej w celu oznakowanie CE wyrobu. Przytoczono listę norm zharmonizowanych, objętych akredytacją Ośrodka Certyfikacji Wyrobów Przemysłowego Instytutu Elektroniki.

The paper describes the conformity assessment system of products effective since Poland joined the European Union. Analysis of the dangers and risk of using of the electronic products for usual and predictable purposes are done. The general requirements formulated in the LVD and EMC new approach directives, typical for electronic products, are presented. Procedures of the conformity assessment and requirements for technical documentation in order signing CE of products are provided. The list of the harmonised standards in the scope of accreditation of the Centre for Certification of Products in Industrial Institute of Electronics is given.

Proces dostosowania polskiego rynku do wymagań Unii Europejskiej obejmuje również polskich producentów i dostawców sprzętu oświetleniowego. Konieczność oceny zgodności tego sprzętu wynika z wdrożonych do polskiego systemu prawnego dyrektyw " Nowego podejścia ', w tym dyrektywy LVD i EMC. Przyjęte regulacje określają wymagania zasadnicze dla sprzętu elektrycznego ( w tym oświetleniowego ) oraz warunki i tryb dokonywania oceny zgodności.

The adjustment process of the Polish market to requirements of the UE also includes Polish manufacturers and suppliers lighting equipment. Necessity of conformity assessment for this equipment result from the directives "New Approach" inclusive the LVD and EMC directives implemented into the Polish legal system. The regulation adopted determined basic requirements for electrical equipment ( inclusive lighting equipment ) as well as conditions and the procedure of conformity assessment.
