The study is devoted to investigations of the pneumatic transport of yarn. The following parameters were changed: resistance to motion, yarn linear mass and mean velocity of the air jet. The time of transport, velocities and accelerations of the yarn during the start-up, as well as the dynamic forces (aerodynamic and inertial forces) the yarn is subjected to at the starting point were determined. As a result of the analysis, the parameters of the motion that exert a significant influence on the pneumatic transport process are indicated.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono badania pneumatycznego transportu przędzy. W toku badań zmieniano: siły oporu ruchu, masę liniową przędzy oraz średnią prędkość strugi powietrza. Określono czas transportu, prędkości i przyspieszenia przędzy podczas rozbiegu oraz siły dynamiczne (aerodynamiczne i bezwładności) jakim jest ona poddawana w momencie startu. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy wskazano parametry ruchu mające istotny wpływ na proces transportu pneumatycznego.
