Actions for decrease in gas exhausts of flores in synthetic rubber production are developed. The device is dereloped for wet purification ofthe gas exhausts, confirmed high degree of purification both in laboratory, and in industrial conditions. Was implemented layout scheme ofthe for the production ofgas purification of synthetic rubber. The complex ofthe madę researches hasformed the basisfor designing of system of purification ofair of industrial premises. Burning ofgas exhausts on flares has allowed reducing pollution ofair basin by toxic substances considerably.
This paper deals with the mathematical modeling of the separation process in the dynamic scrubber with the generation of the model in Ansys CFX software. A model of gas flow and dispersion medium and the hydrodynamic picture of a swirling movements phases is obtained. The conducted research provide an opportunity to predict aerohydrodynamic characteristics of the device at the design stage. Doing so may provide design solutions to such units of the apparatus that could dramatically improve the efficiency of gas cleaning.
