Artykuł prezentuje możliwości prowadzenia diagnostyki eksploatacyjnej online silników elektrycznych przy wykorzystaniu pomiaru i analizy drgań względnych wałów wirujących. Zawarto w nim metodologię pomiaru, schemat układu pomiarowego, rodzaje stosowanych czujników i przetworników sygnału drganiowego. Opisano zasady, którymi należy kierować się przy doborze miejsca instalacji aparatury pomiarowej oraz sposobu jej montażu. Wskazano możliwe źródła zakłóceń, mogących prowadzić do wystąpienia istotnych błędów realizowanego pomiaru sygnału drganiowego. Za przykład posłużył napęd ułożyskowany ślizgowo, pracujący w jednej z polskich cementowni. W pracy zaprezentowano możliwości diagnostyczne w ruchu ciągłym maszyn elektrycznych, po dokonaniu analizy trajektorii ruchu środka czopa wału wirnika, rozkładu pomiarów drgań względnych w funkcji trendu oraz widma występujących drgań względnych.

The possibilities for the on-line operational diagnostic testing of electrical motors with the use of measurement and analysis of relative vibrations of rotating shafts have been presented in the article. In the article the following have been included: the methodology of measurement, the outline of the measurement system, types of the applied sensors and vibration signal transducers. The rules have been described which should be followed while selecting the spot where the measurement equipment is to be installed as well as the assembly method. Possible sources of interferences, which can cause serious failures of the performed measurement of the vibration signal, have been indicated. An engine made on sliding bearings and applied in one of Polish cement plants served as an example. The diagnostic possibilities in a continuous operation of electric machines have been presented in the study after performing the analysis of the trajectory of the rotor shaft motion, distribution of measurements of relative vibrations in the trend function and the spectrum of the occurring relative vibrations.

Wykorzystanie drgań względnych do monitoringu on-line napędów krytycznych

W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania drgań względnych do monitoringu on-line napędów krytycznych. Za przykład posłużył silnik wykonany na łożyskach ślizgowych, pracujący w przemyśle cementowym. Zawarto w nim opis metody pomiaru, układu pomiarowego, stosowanych czujników i przetworników sygnału drganiowego. Opisano zasady, którymi należy kierować się przy doborze miejsca instalacji aparatury pomiarowej oraz sposobu jej montażu. Wskazano możliwe źródła zakłóceń, mogących prowadzić do wystąpienia istotnych błędów realizowanego pomiaru sygnału drganiowego. W pracy zaprezentowano możliwości diagnostyczne w ruchu ciągłym, istotnych maszyn elektrycznych, po dokonaniu analizy wibroakustycznej trajektorii ruchu wału wirnika, rozkładu pomiarów drgań względnych w funkcji trendu oraz widma występujących drgań względnych.

The possibilities for using relative vibrations for the on-line monitoring of critical machines have been presented in the article. An engine applied in the cement industry and made on sliding bearings Server as an example. In the article there have been included the following descriptions: of the measurement technique, the measurement system, the applied sensors and the vibration signal transducers.
