In the abstract results of development and tests of innovational technology of drainage and protection against the dampness of buildings "Galvanoosmose" developed in Crimea by experts of the enterprise " WINDOWS IN THE WORLD " are submitted. Technology "Galvanoosmose" allows to drain buildings during 1-3 months irre-spective of quantity(amount) of floors, and also it is reliable to protect them from dampness through the device of a new waterproofing without infringement of integrity of walls of a building and adjoining territory. Drainage of buildings occurs due to a highly effective controlled conclusion of a moisture from capillaries of a building material of walls which provides protectively - protecting and the draining design "Galvanoosmose" working without use of energy from the external power supply. The technology has sparing character that is important at carrying out of restora-tion works on monuments of architecture. In the abstract the urgency and urgency of a problem of dampness of buildings, its(her) basic aspects is discussed: medical (health protection of people), economic (decrease(reduction) of expenses for repair of crude buildings), cultural (protection of monuments of the culture constructed without a waterproofing and collapsing under influence of dampness). In the abstract the technology of drainage and a waterproofing, based on a principle galvanoosmose (technology of Storozhko-Filatov) is described. Novelty of tech-nology consists that drainage of a building and protection against dampness occurs to the help of a design into which structure the functional device is entered, allowed to use as elements of a feed(meal) earth and the electrodes forming galvano-couple. Thus the directed electroosmotic movement of a moisture in a ground without use of energy from an external source is created. On the basis of the given measurements of humidity of walls of a building of a monument of architecture in Yalta the conclusion about effective decrease(reduction) of humidity of various building materials of walls is proved during work protectively - protecting and draining design "Galvanoosmose": natural quarrystone, a sand-and-lime solution, a shell limenstone. Advantages of innovational technology of drainage of buildings are proved. Technology "Galvanoosmose" holds a patent Ukraine.
