Zwrócono uwagę na badania subiektywne jako uzupełnienie obecnie wykorzystywanych metod oceny jakości. Przedstawiono różne źródła danych, na podstawie których operatorzy określają jakość usług. Podano ich wady i zalety. Pokazano wkład badań subiektywnych w stworzenie domu jakości oraz wykorzystanie ich wyników w modelu E2EQoS.

This paper draws attention to the subjective test as a complement to currently used methods of quality assessment. The overview of various data sources on which the operators determine the quality of services were done and the advantages and disadvantages of this sources were presented. Next, the contribution of subjective tests in the creation of a house of quality and the use of their results in the E2EQoS model were shown.

The author claims that the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for HR management provides a chance of objective and comprehensive approach to the recruitment process. This claim is illustrated with an example of applying that solution to job planning for a Quality Management Representative in an imaginary retail business.

W Polsce po zmianie ustroju dużo młodych ludzi uświadomiło sobie potrzebę dalszej edukacji. W związku z tym z roku na rok obserwujemy wzrastającą liczbę studentów. Niestety, przyszłych prognoz dotyczących funkcjonowania wyższych uczelni nie można określić sugerując się tylko obecnymi tendencjami. Dotychczasowa sytuacja zmieni się wraz z nadchodzącym niżem demograficznym i wzrastającą liczbą nowych, prywatnych wyższych szkół. Wtedy spośród grona różnych placówek naukowych, przyszli studenci będą mogli wybrać te, które spełnią ich wymagania. W związku z tym już dziś nasuwa się pytanie: Co zrobić, aby pozyskać studentów? Wykorzystanie metody QFD, która umożliwia zidentyfikowanie wymagań klientów i przełożenie ich na parametry procesu nauczania, może w dużej mierze przyczynić się do uzyskania odpowiedzi na to pytanie.

In Poland many young people have made themselves aware of the necessity of further education since the change of a political system in 1989. Accordingly, we observe that the number of students has been increasing year by year. Moreover, numerous new private colleges are being founded at present. It is regrettable that you cannot make a prediction concerning the operation of tertiary education exclusively on the basis of the current trends. The situation described above is going to change simultaneously with the appearance of the candidates born when the birth rate was the lowest. Then from a wide range of educational institutions future students will be able to choose these that meet their requirements. Thus the following question seems to be obvious: Whet should an institution do to satisfy a client? The QFD method be helpful in finding suitable information. This set of techniques identifies client's requirements and rearranges them into the parameters of the process.
