A mathematical model of a three-phase power line loaded with a resistance and inductive receiver is developed in the paper. The power line is considered as a system with distributed electrical parameters with a calculated output voltage. This approach makes it possible to use the three-phase line model as a stand-alone, universal subsystem of the integrated electric power system. The results are presented of a computer simulation of transient processes as the line is switched on in the single-phase short-circuit mode at the end of the line.

W pracy opracowano model matematyczny trójfazowej elektroenergetycznej linii zasilania obciążonej odbiornikiem o charakterze rezystancyjno-indukcyjnym. Linia elektroenergetyczna jest traktowana, jako układ o elektrycznych parametrach rozłożonych, w którym obliczono napięcie wyjściowe. Takie podejście umożliwiło opracowanie modelu linii trójfazowego, jako autonomicznego, uniwersalnego podsystemu scalonego układu analizowanej sieci elektrycznej. Przedstawiono wyniki symulacji komputerowej procesów nieustalonych w sieci elektrycznej w czasie włączania linii w tryb zwarcia jednofazowego na końcu linii.

The development of a mathematical model of a three-phase ultrahigh voltage transmission line with two overhead ground wires is presented in the paper. The mathematical model is based on differential equations of state of a long line with partial derivatives in the matrix-vector form. The boundary conditions of the second kind (Neumann's conditions) are used, which enables obtaining functions of unknown coordinates of the overhead ground wires mode at the beginning and at the end of the voltage transmission line to solve the transmission line equation. Some results of computer simulations of transients during switching on and a single-phase short circuit of the line are presented in the form of corresponding graphic functions of its mode coordinates.

W artykule przedstawiono model matematyczny trójfazowej linii elektroenergetycznej ultra wysokiego napięcia z dwoma przewodami odgromowymi. Model matematyczny wykorzystuje równania różniczkowe o pochodnych cząstkowych elektromagnetycznej długiej linii w postaci macierzowo-wektorowej. Jako warunki brzegowe wykorzystano warunki drugiego rodzaju (warunki Neumanna), co z kolei pozwoliło obliczyć przebiegi napięcia i prądu na początku i na końcu linii elektroenergetycznej. Wyniki symulacji komputerowej stanów nieustalonych podczas załączania linii oraz zwarcia jednofazowego w jej końcu przedstawiono w postaci rysunków.

In the paper the kinematic structure of transmission shaft between driving motor and working mechanism is analysed. The analysis is based on electrical and mechanical similarities. The equivalent circuits, typical for electrical systems, are defined for the transmission shaft concerned.

W pracy zaprezentowano analizę struktury kinematycznej długiego wału napędowego łączącego silnik napędowy z mechanizmem roboczym. Analizę oparto na analogiach elektrycznych i mechanicznych. Zdefiniowano schematy zastępcze długiego wału napędowego, typowe dla układów elektrycznych.

A mathematical model of an open electric power grid including the key elements of three distributed parameter transmission supply lines is developed on the basis of an interdisciplinary method of mathematical modeling. Such an approach allows for application of a highly adequate theory of ordinary and partial derivative differential equations that addresses electromagnetic processes in the grid under analysis. Transient electromagnetic processes in the short-circuited state are analysed.

W artykule na podstawie interdyscyplinarnej metody modelowania matematycznego opracowano model matematyczny otwartej sieci elektrycznej, kluczowymi elementami której są trzy długie linie zasilania o parametrach rozłożonych. Takie podejście daje możliwość zastosowania teorii równań różniczkowych o pochodnych zwyczajnych i cząstkowych z wysokim poziomem adekwatności uwzględniającą procesy elektromagnetyczne w analizowanej sieci. Przeanalizowano nieustalone procesy elektromagnetyczne w stanie zwarcia.

The paper deals with the influence of the space-varying inductance on transients in the transformer winding. The method for the inductance evaluation respecting the manner of turn layout is presented. Obtained results have been implemented in our algorithm for the numerical analysis of transients in the circuit model with distributed parameters which has been solved in the time domain. The comparison of the time-space voltage distribution for the case with the homogenous inductance and the non-homogenous inductance has been carried-out.

W artykule analizowano wpływ zmieniającej się w przestrzeni indukcyjności na zjawiska przejściowe w uzwojeniu transformatora. Opracowano algorytm numerycznej analizy zjawisk przejściowych przy rozproszonych parametrach. Analizowano czasowy rozkład napięcia dla przypadku indukcyjności jednorodnej i niejednorodnej.

The paper presents a case study on the application of supervised switched multiple model adaptive control (SMMAC) to drive the temperature in an air heating fan. The plant considered is of distributed parameter type and its linearized dynamics changes with the value of air flow. The compromises in the design of the different elements of SMMAC are discussed, with emphasis on the trade-off involved in selecting the observer poles. Experimental results show the impromevent in performance of SMMAC with respect to the use of a single linear controller.
