Previous paper (part I) describes some methods of monotubular ceramic filters disruptive strength measurements. They are free of difficulties caused by classic methods of especially purpose made samples ripping. Current paper is devoted to assessment of reliability of probably most simple and convenient methods of disruptive strength testing for tubular ceramic filters. The method is diamentric compression of ring samples. Rings with 1 cm hight were cut from extrusion molded tubular filters with external diameter of 2,15. Authors present results of K4 stress intensity coefficient which was used for desruptive strength calculations based on results of diametric compression of ring-shape samples. K4 results were verified by comparison with results from tubular and ring-shape samples disruption with use of internal pressure.
