In this paper problems of risk management modelling in the process of value based management are discussed. The example of risk calculation is presented and its influence on company's value. The nonlinear methods (real opt ons and discrete methods) are proposed to risk modelling as well as the agents' IT tchnologies are proposed to the computer support systems creation. An agent is understood. : as a computer program that is able to observe the environmental changes and an activity taking place depending on perceived events.
