With the expansion of the use of digital technologies, the nature of almost all service industries has changed. Taxi services are no exception. The use of mobile applications, and the creation of call centres, have simplified the access of passengers to taxis and created a new situation. Despite this, with the emergence of a new situation, new problems appeared. This article aims to study taxi services organization and regulation. Thus, surveys were conducted to study attitudes towards offered services for passengers and drivers, the main participants in the taxi market. The questionnaires are aimed at studying the satisfaction of passengers and the attitude of drivers to working conditions. The total weight of using a taxi in comparison with other types of urban transport is determined. The frequency and main reasons for requests for taxi services were identified. This paper also studied the degree of use of mobile applications for calling a taxi and the distribution of orders between taxi companies. Surveys among drivers were mainly aimed at studying the mode of their work and their attitude to the conditions offered by taxi companies. To solve the identified problems, an appropriate regulation method through a single digital platform was proposed.

This study aims to provide a great deal of insight into how risk perception and purchase intention differ for the consumer with different online shopping motives. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 359 voluntary consumers aged 18-28 living in Istanbul. 14 motives leading them to online shopping through digital platforms for textile products were defined with the Focus group technique. First, clustering analysis was conducted to define consumers according to the guiding motives in online shopping. Next, whether the consumer segments identified by these motives have different levels of risk perception and purchase intention was investigated via ANOVA analysis.

The ongoing transformation of many aspects of health care requires an in-depth assessment of the most important principles of medical practice. These transformations should be seen as an opportunity for all medical professions to respond to reforms in a new combination with society. Healthcare is increasingly democratized: information, testing, and therapy will be combined in the accelerated technological convergence. The role of the health care provider, who is no longer the sole owner of the body of knowledge, is changing dramatically, and it is crucial that health care professionals adapt through practice, education and training to reflect new skills that complement and enhance all aspects of care. The need for change is necessary for the understanding what health technologies should be managed. The answer lies in the intangible nature of the human spirit and the will to achieve health and well-being for all.

Postępująca transformacja wielu aspektów opieki zdrowotnej wymaga dogłębnej oceny najważniejszych zasad praktyki lekarskiej. Te przemiany należy postrzegać, jako szansę dla wszystkich zawodów medycznych i reakcję na reformy, w nowym połączeniu ze społeczeństwem. Opieka zdrowotna jest coraz bardziej zdemokratyzowana: informacje, testy i terapia zostaną połączone w ramach przyspieszonej konwergencji technologicznej. Rola świadczeniodawcy opieki zdrowotnej, który nie jest już jedynym właścicielem zasobu wiedzy, zmienia się dramatycznie i ważne jest, aby pracownicy służby zdrowia dostosowali się poprzez praktykę, edukację i szkolenia, wykorzystując nowe umiejętności, dla uzupełnienie i wzmacnianie wszystkich aspektów opieki. Potrzeba zmian jest konieczna dla zrozumienia, jakimi technologiami medycznymi należy zarządzać. Odpowiedź tkwi w nieuchwytnej naturze ludzkiego ducha, chęci osiągnięcia zdrowia i dobrego samopoczucia dla wszystkich.

W artykule przedstawiono krótki przegląd wybranych cyfrowych platform dostępnych obecnie na rynku elektroniki. Zostały także zaprezentowane wybrane modele obiektów zbudowanych w Katedrze Automatyki Okrętowej Uniwersytetu Morskiego w Gdyni, do sterowania których wykorzystano cyfrowe platformy, tj. model pojazdu typu line follower oraz model parkingu aut osobowych.

The digital platforms have proven very useful tools for implementing projects at different levels of complexity, ranging from research to education and engineering applications. The article presents a brief overview of selected digital platforms currently available on the electronics area. Selected models of objects built at the Department of Ship Automation at the Gdynia Maritime University were also presented, i.e. the line follower vehicle model and the passenger car parking model. Digital platforms were used for control the models.

Platformy cyfrowe Arduino i Raspberry Pi wykorzystano do nauki sterowana obiektem pneumatycznym. Stanowią one zintegrowane środowiska sprzętowo-programistyczne osadzone na mikrokontrolerach z rodziny AVR i ARM. W pracy wykorzystano sterowanie siłownikiem zasilanym przez sprężarkę tłokową za pośrednictwem elektrozaworu. W skład zestawu wchodzi również zasilacz impulsowy i wyłączniki krańcowe. Przedstawione ćwiczenie laboratoryjne pozwala na porównanie sterowania siłownikiem za pomocą przekaźników i wymienionych platform cyfrowych oraz wyznaczanie jego pozycji. Opisane stanowisko stanowi funkcjonalne oraz elastyczne narzędzie dydaktyczne do nauczania sterowania w systemach pneumatycznych, a po modyfikacji, również hydraulicznych. Za pośrednictwem prezentowanego stanowiska studenci mają również możliwość poznania podstaw programowania mikrokontrolerów.

Digital platforms like Arduino and Raspberry PI have been used to learn microcontrollers programming from family AVR or ARM. They provide integrated hardware and software environment which allows to control different objects using microcontrollers. The paper describes controlling of servo motor powered by a piston compressor by using the solenoid valve. The set also includes a switching power supply and limit switches. Presented laboratory exercise allows to compare different control strategies and determine the servo motor position by using relays and digital platforms. The described laboratory is a functional and flexible tool for teaching microcontrollers programming and controlling pneumatic and hydraulic systems. They can also be adapted to e-learning.

Pomimo działań podejmowanych na rzecz nowych członków Unii europejskiej (EU), wciąż widoczne jest zróżnicowanie rozwoju jej dwóch głównych regionów - zachodniego i wschodniego. wynikające z tego zróżnicowania problemy gospodarcze, ekonomiczne i społeczne dotykają całą wspólnotę. Przeprowadzone badania wstępne wykazały, że koopetycja MSP oraz zwiększenie potencjału analitycznego danych poprzez ich współdzielenie i integrację, mają znaczący wpływ na skuteczność strategii konkurencyjności oraz trwałość efektów jej wdrożenia. na tej podstawie zaproponowano opracowanie koncepcji platformy cyfrowej, której celem jest zapewnienie komunikacji pomiędzy partnerami koopetycyjnymi, umożliwienie bezpiecznego gromadzenia i współdzielenia zasobów danych, a także świadczenia usług analitycznych i doradczych w zakresie strategii konkurencyjności. koncepcja ta zakłada różnice w lokalizacji, poziomie wiedzy, kompetencji i umiejętności, możliwościach finansowych oraz kadrowych, a także w poziomie zaawansowania technologicznego poszczególnych jej użytkowników. Celem jej realizacji jest zmniejszenia wpływu tych różnic, które nie ulegną zmianie w perspektywie wieloletniej, na zdolność do stabilnego i zrównoważonego rozwoju konkurencyjności w poszczególnych grupach, regionach i krajach UE.

Despite the actions in favor new members of the european Union (EU), still visible is the diversity of the development of its two main regions - western and eastern. resulting from this economic and social problems affect the whole EU community. Preliminary research showed that coopetition of sMes and increasing the analytical potential of data through their sharing and integration, have a significant impact on the effectiveness of strategy results and durability of its implementation. On this basis it was proposed the development of a digital platform concept what aim is to facilitate communication between coopetition partners, enabling safe collection and sharing of data resources, and the supply of analytical and advisory services in the field of competitive strategy. Przedstawiono założenia Systemu gwarancji interoperacyjności odbiornika telewizji cyfrowej dla Polski, wdrażanego przez KIGEiT w celu stworzenia wspólnej platformy dla naziemnej telewizji cyfrowej w Polsce. Omówiono uwarunkowania procesu przejścia od telewizji analogowej do telewizji cyfrowej i zakres stosowania wymagań techniczno-eksploatacyjnych, które powinny zostać ustanowione rozporządzeniem ministra ds. łączności wydanego na podstawie art. 132 ust. 3 Prawa telekomunikacyjnego. Podano listę podstawowych parametrów standardu naziemnej telewizji cyfrowej dla Polski.

The paper presents assumptions of the System of the interoperability warranty for the digital TV receiver for Poland implemented by Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications (KIGEiT) in order to establish a common digital platform for DTT in Poland. Conditions of analogue to digital transition and a scope of the technical and exploitation requirements to be established by an ordnance of the minister responsible for communications issued on the basis of the Article 132 paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Law are discussed. The list of essential technical parameters of DTT standard for Poland is given.
