Artykuł stanowi kontynuację problematyki ekscentryczności wirników turbin przedstawioną w artykule zamieszczonym w „Energetyce” 2020, nr 2. Omówiono zróżnicowanie systemów monitorowania i przygotowania turbiny do pomiaru ekscentryczności. Podano przykłady wykorzystania pomiaru do celów diagnostycznych. Omówiono przypadki poprawnego zablokowania uruchomienia turbiny parowej oraz problematycznego uruchomienia turbozespołu gazowego. Podkreślono, że w interesie właścicieli turbozespołów parowych i gazowych jest ich poprawne wyposażenie w system monitorowania i pomiaru ekscentryczności. Zadbanie o takie rozwiązanie powinno znajdować swoje odzwierciedlenie zarówno w SIWZ’ach redagowanych przy nabyciu nowej turbiny, jak również podczas unowocześniania systemów monitorowania i zabezpieczeń dla turbozespołów już użytkowanych.

The article is a sequel to the previous one published in "Energetyka" 2/2020 and concerning the issue of turbine rotors eccentricity. Discussed is the differentiation of monitoring systems and turbine preparation for eccentricity measurement. Given are examples of using this measurement for diagnostic purposes. Described are instances of proper protection against the steam turbine start-up and problems with the start-up of a gas TG set. Emphasized is, that it is in the interest of the owners of steam and gas TG sets to properly equip them with the monitoring and eccentricity measurement system. The concern for such solution should be reflected both in terms of reference being prepared prior to purchase of a new turbine and also during the process of modernization of monitoring and safety systems for TG sets already in use.
