The proposed models of fatigue life assessment under service load must be verified in experiments before their application in practice. Thus, it is necessary to obtain suitable results of numerous fatigue tests carried out for different materials and load types. In the paper two hydraulic fatigue test stands are presented, they are controlled by two-channel digital systems. Specimens subjected to biaxial tension-compression and tension with torsion of any histories can be tested on the stands. The proposed test methods allow to obtain reliable and reproducible results.
