Jedną z form ergonomii jest diagnoza ergonomiczna, której zadaniem jest uzyskanie dodatkowych informacji zarówno o układzie C- T - O jako całości, jak i o samych elementach ten układ tworzących. Autorzy artykułu wykorzystując metodę CET II przeprowadzili diagnozę stanowiska pracy maszynisty wyciągowego na jednym z szybów zjazdowo - wydobywczych KWK X. Metoda ta pozwala na identyfikację i analizę elementów środowiska pracy, oddziałujących na pracownika, a biorąc pod uwagę specyfikę pracy i zakres odpowiedzialności osób zatrudnionych na ww. stanowisku pracy może stanowić element dodatkowych (uzupełniających) działań kontrolnych, przeprowadzanych okresowo zarówno przez odpowiednie służby kopalniane, jak i jednostki zewnętrzne nadzorujące kopalnie.

One form of ergonomie is ergonomie diagnosis, whose task is to obtain additional information about the layout of both the C-T-0 as a whole, and of the same elements that forming the system. The authors of the article using a method CET II carried out a diagnosis of workstations engine-driver exhaust on one of the shafts sidetrack-mining KWK X. This method allows the identification and analysis of the work environment affecting employee, and talking into account the nature of work and responsibilities of persons employed in the above workplace can be part of the additional (complementary) control activities carried out periodically by the relevant departments of mine and mine supervisors outdoors units.

Przedstawiono problemy diagnozowania ergonomicznego układu operator–pojazd–otoczenie. Podstawą sformułowanych założeń metodycznych procedur diagnozowania ergonomicznego były badania własne i przegląd literatury, w wyniku czego opracowano dwie autorskie metody oceny: wagową, wagowo-rozmytą. Określają one globalnym współczynnikiem diagnozy poziom ergonomicznej jakości układu. Podstawą proponowanych metod są badania ankietowo-ekspertowe, w wyniku których uzyskuje się cechy priorytetowe i ich wagi, charakteryzujące czynniki: ludzki, konstrukcyjno-techniczny i materialnego środowiska pracy oraz cząstkowe wskaźniki poziomu ergonomicznej jakości. Warunkiem zastosowania metody wagowo-rozmytej było opracowanie lingwistycznego modelu heurystycznego oceny (z wykorzystaniem implikacji w dziedzinie zbiorów rozmytych). Metodę wagową i wagowo-rozmytą zweryfikowano na przykładzie stanowisk pracy w lokomotywach elektrycznych, tworząc zbiór cech priorytetowych i ich wag dla badanej grupy pojazdów.

This papers concerns the problems of ergonomic diagnosis in operator-vehicle-environment systems. The author’s own research and solutions derived from the literature of the subject served as a basis for formulating the methodical assumptions informing on ergonomic diagnosis procedures. Concerning the procedures author develops two evaluation methods of her own, referred to respectively as the weighted, weighted-fuzzy. These are designed to asses a system’s ergonomic level using global diagnosis coefficients. In these two methods, questionnaire/expert based surveys are used to determine the priority features (and their weights) which characterize the human factor, the design/technological factor and the material work environment factor as well as individual ergonomic quality components. To use the weighted-fuzzy method, it was necessary to develop a linguistic heuristic evaluation model (using fuzzy set implications). The weighted and weighted-fuzzy methods were verified using the example of electric locomotives as a set of priority features was created and feature weights were assigned for the studied group of vehicles.

Assessment of Future Workshop’s Usefulness as an Ergonomics Tool

This study was carried out to assess Future Workshop (FW) regarding its usefulness as a participatory ergonomics method, using a descriptive evaluation design analysed by phenomenographical approach. The study was conducted among professional cleaners, health care personnel and miners, with a sample of 105 participating subjects in 8 different FWs. Multiple methods, giving a combination of both qualitative and quantitative data, were used for data collection. Good involvement of participants was observed during workshops. Evaluations immediately after FWs and 3 months later showed a strong relationship with high correlation, indicating that the perception of FW participants was very positive. Interviews revealed conformity between developed problem identification and proposed changes. Participants’ own perceptions of FW’s influence on creativity depict their belief of developed ideas and solutions in order to identify and solve workplace problems. FW is considered to be a useful ergonomics tool, and its qualities are related to structure and practical performance.

Ergonomic Diagnosis of the Driver’s Workplace in an Electric Locomotive

This paper deals with research aimed at developing a method for ergonomic analysis of the driver’s workplace in an electric locomotive. It presents the structure of the diagnosis and its assumptions, and includes a re-evaluation of the questionnaire-expert method in ergonomic research. The article presents research data on weights and evaluations including their standard deviations for particular priority features. Ergonomic levels of the studied operator’s cabin in locomotives are compared.

The paper discusses new trends in developing and implementing methods of workplace analysis. It presents a sample method of ergonomic workplace evaluation developed at the Poznan´ University of Technology. The method is a response to the industrial sector’s demand for tools supporting occupational risk assessment. The authors also present opportunities and benefits of applying the method in occupational safety management systems, which have gained increasing popularity in recent years.
