The results of DC conductivity studies of glasses and glass-ceramics from Li/sub 2/O-P/sub 2/O/sub 2/-SiO/sub 2/-TiO/sub 2/-Al/sub 3/O/sub 3/ system are presented. The main crystalline phase in devitrificates is lithium titanium phosphate (LiTi/sub 2/(PO/sub 4/)/sub 3/) but the phase composition strongly depends on the chemical composition of the glass. The activation energy of the conduction process is very low being characteristic of superionic conductors and equals ~0.25 eV. The DC conductivity at room temperature is about 1*10/sup -6/ Scm/sup -1/. The highest conductivity has been observed for glasses containing 2.5 wt% Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/.
