The paper discusses the problem of the development of organic farming in lubuskie voivodship. Presented in it analysis of changes in this production sector in recent years and identified critical factors for growth for this area of production in the nearest term. In analysis used statistic data coming from public statistics and public institutions dealing with agricultural production sector in Poland.

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę rozwoju ekologicznej produkcji rolnej w województwie lubuskim. Przedstawiono w nim analizę zmian w tym sektorze produkcji w ostatnich latach oraz określono istotne czynniki wzrostu dla tej sfery produkcji w najbliższym okresie. W analizie wykorzystano dane statystyczne pochodzące ze statystyki publicznej jak i instytucji publicznych zajmujących się problematyką sektora produkcji rolnej w Polsce.

Einführung und Ziele: Das landwirtschaftliche Beratungssystem in Deutschland wie auch in den anderen europäischen Ländern wird sich künftig noch stärker an der Marktentwicklung orientieren müssen, das bedeutet, dass mehr Anbieter und damit Auswahlmöglichkeiten für die Landwirte bestehen. Das erfordert u. a. die Entwicklung tragfähiger Qualitätsstandards, flexible Beratungsangebote und ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. In der Bundesrepublik Deutschland liegt die landwirtschaftliche Beratung in der Verantwortung der einzelnen Bundesländer. Neben staatlichen Behörden, Landwirtschaftskammern, privaten Beratungsbüros bieten Fachverbände sowie spezielle Beratungsringe, aber auch Firmen der Vorleistungsbereiche landwirtschaftliche Beratung an. Eine einheitliche Ausbildung zum Landwirtschaftlichen Fachberater und verbindliche Qualitätsstandards gibt es derzeit nicht. Material und Methoden: Schreibmaterial zur Verfügung. Analyse des Themas auf der Grundlage der Literatur. Ergebnisse: Derzeit gibt es keine Ausbildung für landwirtschaftliche Berater und verbindliche Qualitätsstandards einschließlich der landwirtschaftlichen Erweiterung. Anwendung: Der Aufbau und die Nutzung von Netzwerken als soziale Infrastruktur mit den unterschiedlichsten Akteuren im ländlichen Raum und deren Ressourcen im Sinne einer existenzsichernden Wertschöpfung zunehmend an Bedeutung.

Introduction and aim: The emergence and development of the farm advisory system in Germany, as well as in other European Union countries in the future will be more focused on the development of the market which means that the creation of more suppliers and thus increase the opportunities for farmers. This means that sustainable development standards of quality, flexible provision of advisory services and balanced reporting price-capacity production. In Germany, the agricultural advisory service is the responsibility of the land countries. In addition to government agencies, Chambers of Agriculture and specialized consulting firms lack the companies that provide professional advisory services. Material and methods: Writing material available. Analysis of the theme on the basis of literature. Results: Currently there is no training for agricultural consultants and binding quality standards including agricultural extension. Conclusion: Construction and use of the network in terms of social infrastructure of the various stakeholders in the rural areas and their resources in terms of daily earnings are increasingly important.

Ocenie prognostycznej poddano ważniejsze uwarunkowania przemian w polskiej gospodarce żywnościowej. Analizie poddano czynniki wpływające na kształtowanie się przyszłościowego modelu rolnictwa, techniki rolniczej i infrastruktury obszarów wiejskich. Opisano współzależności pomiędzy przemianami agrarnymi i wielofunkcyjnym rozwojem wsi a postępem technologicznym i modernizacją rolnictwa integrującego się z Unią Europejską (UE). Stwierdzono, że przyszłościowy model techniki rolniczej zależy od realnych wariantów przyszłościowego modelu rolnictwa, a głównie od jego struktury agrarnej i poziomu intensyfikacji produkcji w gospodarstwach rozwojowych.

Main conditions of transformation in Polish food economy were subjected to prognostic evaluation. Factors affecting the formulation of prospective models of agriculture, agricultural engineering and rural infrastructure, were analysed. This paper considered the relationships among agrarian transformations, multifunctional development of rural areas, technological advance and modernization of agriculture becoming integrated with the EU. Form of the prospective model of agricultural technical equipment will depend on real variants of the nature model of agriculture, and mainly on its agrarian structure and the level of production intensification on developing farms.
