Artykuł dotyczy oceny przedwdrożeniowej systemu zarządzania jakością w przedsiębiorstwach motoryzacyjnych. Sedno zagadnienia tkwi w określeniu czynników determinujących powodzenie tego przedsięwzięcia. Zaprezentowano piętnaście kryteriów z podziałem na miękkie i twarde, oraz względem zależności z przedsiębiorstwem na: wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne. Kryteria mogą być wykorzystywane do oceny gotowości przedsiębiorstwa motoryzacyjnego do wdrożenia systemu. Z oceny wynikają konieczne działania dostosowawcze lub przesłanki do odstąpienia od wdrożenia systemu zarządzania jakością.

The article is dealing with pre-assessment of the quality management system in automotive companies. The crux of the issue is to identify the factors determining the success of this project. Fifteen criteria divided into soft and hard, and in relation to the company to: internal and external have been presented. The criteria can be used to assess the readiness of the automotive company to implement the system. The evaluation results indicate the necessary adaptation actions or grounds for withdraw from the implementation of the quality management system.

Artykuł dotyczy oceny przedwdrożeniowej systemu zarządzania jakością w przedsiębiorstwach motoryzacyjnych. In this paper we consider a pentadiagonal matrix which consists of only three non-zero bands. We prove that the determinant of such a matrix can be represented by a product of two determinants of corresponding tridiagonal matrices. It is shown that such an approach gives greatly shorter time of computer calculations.

In this paper we show that the determinant of heptadiagonal symmetric Toeplitz matrix can be represented by a particular solution of the system of three homogeneous linear recurrence equations. The general considerations are illustrated by certain numerical example implementated in the Maple system.

In this paper we present an application of the system of two homogeneous linear recurrence equations to evaluate the determinant of pentadiagonal matrix. The general considerations are illustrated by two examples. It is shown that the proposed approach is suited for implementation using computer algebra systems.

In this paper, using the LU factorization, the relation between the determinant of a certain pentadiagonal matrix and the determinant of a corresponding tridiagonal matrix will be derived. Moreover, it will be shown that determinant of this special pentadiagonal matrix can be calculated by applying the fourth order homogeneous linear difference equation.

Wskazano także na cechy charakteryzujące determinanty poszczególnych aspektów.

The idea of pro-quality aspects along with conditionings typical for them introduced in the paper enables development and exploitation of system implemented. It is innovational approach to analysis, checking and evaluation of process of improvement, as well as to efficiency and effectiveness of pro-quality activities. Evaluation of system with multicrite-ria assessment results in better understanding of the system implemented and of its importance - not only by managers, but also by every employee of the company.
