Porty morskie wraz ze swoją szeroko rozbudowaną infrastrukturą są miejscami, które w dobie wzrostu działań asymetrycznych, są szczególnie narażone na różnego rodzaju ataki. Zakłócenia poprawności funkcjonowania tej infrastruktury prowadzić może do ogromnych strat w gospodarce morskiej. Realna groźba podłożenia ładunków wybuchowych w porcie wymusza potrzebę poszukiwania metod monitoringu dna basenu portowego. W artykule autorzy zaprezentowali taką właśnie ideę systemu monitoringu oraz przedstawili jej aplikacyjne rozwiązanie. System został przetestowany w basenie portowym z wykorzystaniem makiet improwizowanych urządzeń wybuchowych. Dla potrzeb takiego monitoringu opracowano metodykę poszukiwania i programy rozpoznawania obiektów. Cała praca wykonana została w ramach projektu badawczego własnego O N509 371034.

In the age of increasing asymmetrical actions sea harbours along with their wide extended infrastructure are the places which are especially exposed for various kinds of attack. Any obstruction of functioning correctness of that infrastructure could lead to huge losses of the sea economy. The real threat of underlying the explosive devices inside the harbour area is forcing the need for searching of methods to monitor the sea-bottom of the harbour area. In the following article authors have presented such an idea of the system of monitoring and have presented its application solution. The system was tested in the dock basin with the usage of models of improvised explosive devices. The methodology of searching and application to recognizing the detected objects were developed for the needs of such monitoring. The researches were accomplished within the framework of research project O N509 371034.

Poniższy artykuł prezentuje wyniki pomiarów przeprowadzonych na imitatorach ładunków niebezpiecznych w warunkach rzeczywistych z wykorzystaniem systemów sonarowych

The real threat of laying the explosive charges inside harbour area is extracting the need for the search of methods to monitor the bottom of the dock basins. Author is answering the question if the hydrographical sonar can be utilized as the effective equipment to monitor the bottom of the dock basins. The following article is presenting results of measurements carried out by the sonar systems in real conditions with the use of dangerous object imitators.
