Analysis of influence of process of project design of building construction is purpose of work on natural environment. Work will show manner of criterion to that, planner is led which, it effects process of project design, throwing up, use (preservation) and disassembling of construction cure. In consequence will be showed dependence criterion and manner of project design- on natural environment influence. Work will discuss defects and advantages of mentioned systems, first of all, under ecological corner, and in economic captivation also. Authors on problem of natural environmental protection try call attention planner, as well as answer on question, can pro-ecological be economic design also?
